Sooner or later you would think someone would get a judge who is actually willing to hear a case. What are they afraid of?

Exclusive: RNC Launches New Year-Round Election Integrity Department Ahead Of 2024

BY: TRISTAN JUSTICE
MAY 12, 2023

The new internal infrastructure will bring on year-round staff operating new technology designed to facilitate recruitment and litigation.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is gearing up for next year’s presidential race with the launch of a new department dedicated solely to election integrity.

The new internal infrastructure will bring on year-round staff operating new technology designed to facilitate recruitment and litigation, according to a 35-page report shared exclusively with The Federalist.

“The RNC built a historic election integrity program in 2022: we put 80,000 volunteers on the ground, secured key legal victories, and learned how we can grow even stronger in the future,” RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told The Federalist. “As we prepare for 2024, the RNC will establish a full-time permanent Election Integrity Department that will combine our existing tools to build on our unprecedented progress.”

The report sent to RNC members Thursday details the party’s plans to transform the GOP’s election integrity efforts from pop-up operations into year-round initiatives that remain ongoing immediately after each election. Prior to 2021, the national Republican Party was restricted from engaging in electoral oversight, such as hiring poll watchers over a 1981 consent decree. That meant any initiatives designed to maintain integrity in American elections were patchwork efforts coordinated by independent campaigns with the support of the GOP congressional campaign committees. The decades-long order was lifted in 2018 after more than three decades, and the party officially resumed efforts on poll watching and voter fraud in the 2021-2022 election cycle.

“The need for the RNC to be the permanent and year-round home for the Republican [Election Integrity Operations] is glaringly obvious, and the party is fortunate that we now have that,” the report reads. “For the past two years, the RNC has worked tirelessly as a bridge among those groups with unprecedented cooperation.”

The RNC is now preparing to hire an army to the tune of “tens of thousands” of attorneys and poll watchers with an aggressive litigation strategy to ensure a free and fair election next year.

“Beginning with the successful 2021 operations in Virginia and New Jersey, the RNC established a multifaceted [Election Integrity Operations] program in partnership with the NRSC and NRCC that resulted in dozens of lawsuits,” wrote Ashley MacLeay and Art Wittich, who chaired the RNC committee behind the report.

The fallout from the 2020 election, wherein Democrats exploited lockdown-era protocols to radically expand unsupervised access to the ballot box, has led the GOP to prioritize election integrity as a pillar of the RNC’s 2024 campaign strategy.

Three years ago, Democrat operatives through Facebook’s Center for Tech and Civic Life took over the administration of elections and erected ballot boxes in liberal strongholds to gin up turnout. Mark Zuckerberg’s project gave more than $400 million to the effort, with only a small fraction of the “Zuckbucks” spent in areas won by President Donald Trump.

Other efforts by Democrats to rig the 2020 contest included turning election day into election season, with voters able to cast ballots weeks before November, absent of the typical safeguards that protect against fraud. All happened while Big Tech conspired with the corporate press and even federal intelligence agencies to manipulate public opinion throughout the process.

While Republicans are limited with what they can do to confront the corporate collusion, the new RNC department marks an effort to master the mechanics of modern elections. The GOP is also planning to jump in the ballot harvesting game in states with loose restrictions. The party largely refrained from participating in the mass collection of ballots three years ago to the detriment of Republican candidates who faced Democrat opponents eager to exploit relaxed protocols.

Last fall, the RNC took a two-pronged approach to ballot harvesting: GOP attorneys fought to ban the practice in states such as Arizona, where attorneys were successful, while party workers took advantage of harvesting in states where efforts failed to rein in the rules.

EXCLUSIVE: Psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein Joins Forces With Maricopa County Republicans to Fight Big Tech Election Interference – Says Google is Shifting MILLIONS of Votes To Democrats in EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW

By Jordan Conradson
May. 2, 2023 8:20 pm

The Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) has announced a partnership with research psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein’s American Institute of Behavioral Research and Technology (AIBRT) to fight Big Tech election interference in Arizona.

Dr. Epstein has been researching election interference efforts by search engines like Google since 2013. He estimates that in the 2016 presidential election, “Google probably shifted between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes to Hillary Clinton.”

Epstein says Google uses ephemeral experiences, which he describes as “very brief experiences that we all have every day looking at news feeds, search results, search suggestions, and answer boxes,” which are normally “stored nowhere and gone forever.”

“All the content that they serve up is ephemeral,” says Epstein, and because it is not stored anywhere, it is almost impossible to prove what Google is doing to influence peoples’ views. Epstein and his team have developed systems for capturing ephemeral content to expose Google’s biased and possibly illegal search outcomes.

The Gateway Pundit has previously reported on Dr. Robert Epstein’s research on election interference favoring Democrats.

In the summer of 2020, he also blew the whistle and warned Congress during his testimony that Google was manipulating voters “on a massive scale.”

Epstein says told The Gateway Pundit is a Democrat who supported Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, but “I don’t support, you know, the idea that a private company is not accountable to the public, that’s not elected, is not part of our democracy, is controlling our elections,” he said.

Maricopa County Republican Committee delivered the following press release, announcing their partnership and mission to “battle future election meddling before it occurs using AIBRT.”

As explained by Dr. Epstein, the pie charts below show that when Google and Youtube are recommending to children and teens news-related searches and videos, “it’s coming virtually always from liberal news sources.” This is despite a “balanced” number of news sources on the internet leaning conservative, liberal, and independent.

Epstein will speak tonight at the MCRC Executive Meeting to present more findings to the Executive Board members and Maricopa County Legislative District Chairmen.

To learn more and help Dr. Epstein with his investigation and the extremely high costs of this mission to stop big tech’s election interference, you can visit mygoogleresearch.com.

To learn even more about the investigation, also visit AmericasDigitalshield.com.

The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke to Dr. Epstein last week about his research on Google’s manipulation of search results to influence elections and “re-engineer humanity” in accordance with their company values.

Read below:

Conradson: Can you explain what the MCRC’s pie charts are showing us?

Epstein: This is brand new data that we’ve been collecting from children and teens. And that pie chart shows that when Google is recommending to children and teens anything that’s news related, it’s coming virtually always from liberal news sources. Now, I lean liberal, so doesn’t bother me too much. But you know, the fact is, it’s wrong. Now. Google would say, oh, that’s just what’s out there, and that’s absolutely not true because I can show you another graph that what’s out there is pretty much balanced, believe it or not; it’s like a third, a third, a third. It’s pretty much balanced and 98 or so percent of content that they’re showing to children and teens is it’s coming from liberal news sources and that is consistent with a lot of the leaks from the company, whistleblowers’ statements, emails, PowerPoint presentations videos, that basically show that the company is engaging in widespread social engineering around the world. They’re literally trying to change the human mind and to re-engineer humanity according to and I quote, from one of their videos, “according to company values.” And that’s what we’re doing as we’re co

If Texas’ House Speaker Wants Secure And Honest Elections, He Should Help Pass This Bill Banning Ranked-Choice Voting

BY: SHAWN FLEETWOOD
MAY 16, 2023

The only thing standing between Texas becoming the next state to ban ranked-choice voting (RCV) is House Speaker Dade Phelan.

In March, the Texas Senate successfully passed SB 921, which would require candidates to receive a “majority vote to be elected to a public or political party office or to receive a political party’s nomination” in elections. Preferential voting, which is more commonly known as ranked-choice voting, would also be prohibited. Surprisingly, the measure received bipartisan support, garnering “yea” votes from all 19 Senate Republicans and two Democrats (21-9).

Under RCV, which critics often refer to as “rigged-choice voting,” voters rank candidates in order of preference. If no candidate receives a majority of first-choice votes in the first round of voting, the last-place finisher is eliminated, and his votes are reallocated to the voter’s second-choice candidate. This process continues until one candidate receives a majority of votes.

Since its passage in the Senate, SB 921 has been stalled in the House Committee on Elections. When pressed for comment on whether Phelan intends to use his position as speaker to help pass SB 921 and whether he supports RCV, Phelan’s press secretary, Cassi Pollock, declined to comment on the matter, writing, “Our office does not have a comment.”

It’s worth mentioning that Phelan received a substantial amount of support from House Democrats during his bid for speaker in 2021. Despite Republicans holding a majority in the chamber, Phelan selected Democrats to chair 13 of the House’s 34 committees. During this year’s session, Phelan reduced the number of Democrat committee chairs to eight following backlash from Texas conservatives.

“It’s deeply disappointing that the Speaker would continue to stall this bipartisan legislation needed now more than ever to protect free and fair Texas elections,” Ken Cuccinelli, chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative, told The Federalist. “The reality is that the disastrous Ranked-Choice Voting Scheme is an election integrity wrecking ball — making voting more difficult, reducing transparency, and putting voter confidence and certainty at risk when implemented in public elections around the country.”

“As the legislature nears adjournment … we urge the Speaker to allow consideration without delay,” he added.

If SB 921 does not pass the House when Texas’ 2023 legislative session ends on May 29, legislative efforts to ban ranked-choice voting in Texas elections will be stymied for another two years. Unlike most states, which hold annual legislative sessions, the Texas Legislature meets once every two years, in odd-numbered years.

SB 921 sponsor and GOP Sen. Bryan Hughes did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment.

While Maine and Alaska are the only two states to employ RCV so far, their respective elections since implementing the system have produced outcomes that clearly contradict the desires of voters.

In Maine, then-incumbent GOP Rep. Bruce Poliquin lost to Democrat Jared Golden during the 2018 midterms, despite Poliquin winning the most votes in the first round of voting. That outcome was due to the state’s ranked-choice voting system.

Similarly, in Alaska, Democrat Mary Peltola won the state’s at-large congressional seat last year even though “nearly 60 percent of voters [cast] their ballots for a Republican.” RCV also played a major role in helping Alaska GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski fend off a challenge from Trump-backed Kelly Tshibaka during the 2022 midterms. The system allowed her to win due to being listed second on Alaska Democrats’ ranked-choice ballots.

Additionally, various localities that have adopted RCV have also experienced confusing and even inaccurate election outcomes. In an Oakland school board race, for instance, “election officials announced — two months after the fact — that they got the count wrong,” resulting in the “rightful winner … suing for his seat.” Some studies have even suggested RCV disenfranchises segments of voters that left-wing election groups often classify as marginalized, such as nonwhite people and non-English speakers.

Among the states to have banned the use of ranked-choice voting in elections are Florida, Tennessee, South Dakota, Idaho, and Montana.

Georgia Court of Appeals Returns 2020 Counterfeit Ballot Case Back to Lower Court

By Jim Hoft
May. 11, 2023 7:45 pm

The Georgia Court of Appeals issued an order remanding the Fulton County counterfeit ballot case back to the Superior Court. The ruling gives citizens, taxpayers, and residents standing to sue the government officials or agencies who violate Georgia law.

The far left Atlanta Journal Constitution reported on this development today.

The Georgia Court of Appeals on Thursday revived a lawsuit by election skeptics who want to search for fraudulent ballots from the 2020 presidential race two and a half years after it was decided.

The appellate court sent the case back to a judge to decide whether to allow an outside review of Fulton County’s 147,000 original absentee ballots…

…The lead plaintiff in the case, Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA, said he hopes to finally be able to find suspicious-looking ballots — with perfectly filled-in ovals and a lack of fold marks — that Republican vote-counters said they saw during a statewide audit.

Via VoterGA.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has issued an order remanding the Fulton County counterfeit ballot case back to the Superior Court for all Fulton County petitioners. The order comes over four months after the Georgia Supreme Court upheld standing in its December 20, 2022 ruling for the Favorito et al v. Wan et al and Jeffords et al v. Fulton County cases. That decision was based on the court’s previous ruling that unanimously found Georgia citizens, taxpayers and residents, including voters, always had standing to sue government officials or agencies who violate Georgia law.

The Court of Appeals decision to remand the cases applies only to petitioners who are resident in Fulton County. Petitioners Favorito, Terris and Peck will continue on their case while Caroline Jeffords will continue as the lone petitioner in her case. The remaining five Georgia petitioners could appeal their ruling to the Georgia Supreme Court if they choose, given that they were impacted by a statewide race. It seems unlikely that would happen though.
