I've been saying this for quite some time now. I've seen numerous posts in this forum that the Republicans need to do ballot harvesting, but I don't think that's the answer. For one thing, ballot harvesting is illegal in many states. And the DOJ/FBI will only prosecute Republicans who harvest ballots but not Democrats. So ballot harvesting is not the way to go. Other reasons are explained below as well:
Republicans Should Not Bet On Ballot Harvesting

Republicans are at a fatal disadvantage in the ballot-harvesting game, and it is important to understand why.
We understand the impulse among some Republicans to throw up their hands in frustration when it comes to ballot harvesting. They advocate rapidly deploying their own ballot-harvesting operations in advance of the 2024 election.
Some have likened it to a nuclear arms race. Mollie and Mark Hemingway have recently argued that “…our only hope of getting electoral arms control is if both sides have nukes.”
But the nuclear weapons analogy is deeply flawed. Nuclear weapons are arguably a legitimate means of waging war, whereas universal mail-in ballots should never be legitimized as a way of deciding elections due to the high potential for various types of election fraud and uncontrollable electioneering and corruption of voters.
A better analogy would be biological weapons, which are generally acknowledged to be an illegitimate means of waging war. If your enemies develop biological weapons, the best strategy is not to match them in the hope of persuading them to eliminate their biological weapons. It is to do whatever is necessary to disrupt their biological weapons capabilities.
Covid-19 Radically Altered America’s Elections
Given the current political and legal landscape, it is hard to imagine “emergency” election measures taken in response to Covid-19 in 2020 ever being rolled back, as they have suddenly brought into reality an objective that Democrats have been working toward for decades.
That objective is an electoral world in which polls, historical trends, economic issues, messaging, voter enthusiasm, candidate quality, traditional get-out-the-vote efforts, candidate debates, and voter persuasion no longer matter in elections.
All that ultimately matters in ballot-harvesting states is the number of mail-in ballots that can be distributed, harvested, and counted in local election offices by partisan election activists over the weeks and months preceding Election Day.
The “ballots out, ballots in” harvesting machine now dominates the electoral margin in many states. The new machine far exceeds the “margin of voter fraud” that most Republican election strategists knew they had to overcome in previous elections in states like Pennsylvania and Michigan.
But Republicans are at a fatal disadvantage in the ballot-harvesting game, and it is important to understand why. This uncomfortable reality is not likely to change for the foreseeable future.
Democrats’ Election-Industrial Complex
Our research shows Democrats’ ballot-harvesting operations played a key role in President Joe Biden’s victory in 2020 through the Center for Tech and Civic Life’s $332 million Covid-19 Response Grant Program. The operations appear to some analysts to have been largely responsible for Republicans’ disappointing showing in the 2022 midterms.
Opposing our anti-harvesting view, intelligent conservatives like Ned Ryun have stated, “In all their objections [to ballot harvesting], none have described just how not engaging in harvesting will lead to victory. Not. One.”
But recent Republican converts to ballot harvesting have yet to put forward a realistic plan of how a Republican ballot-harvesting operation would actually work, beyond the vaguely ridiculous idea of canvassing for ballots at rest homes, gun shows, and churches or of mounting untargeted door-knocking campaigns in unspecified areas by conservative election activists who do not actually exist.
Democrats currently execute a ballot-harvesting game vastly more complex, sophisticated, expensive, and labor-intensive than most Republicans even remotely understand.

A new video exposes Maricopa County’s secret machine tampering, where they reprogrammed the voting machines on October 14th, 17th, and 18th so that 59% of them would fail when Republican voters came in to vote on Election Day in 2022.
As The Gateway Pundit recently reported, newly available records show that Maricopa County began “secret” Logic and Accuracy testing on October 14th, after the statutorily required October 11th test, and the legally required public notice was not given.
This is a smoking gun in Kari Lake’s stolen election contest. Lake attorney Kurt Olsen concluded that “this evidence would support our allegation that this election was rigged.”
Maricopa County was reprogramming its machines after they were already certified! The real “errors” occurred on Election Day, when the machines failed to tabulate ballots, causing massive lines, wait times, and disenfranchisement of Republican Election Day voters who turned out three times as much as Democrats.
This video cites Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett’s declaration, where he attests under oath that “Beginning on October 14th and occurring through October 18th, Maricopa County installed the new memory cards that had the certified Election Program. Due to the reformatting, the logs from the memory cards would have a start date of either October 14, 17, or 18.”
In the video below, County employees can be seen breaking into sealed equipment, removing the already programmed memory cards, and replacing them with reprogrammed cards.
In the next video, on October 14th, these reprogrammed machines can be seen jamming as employees test them, just as they did on Election Day. Still, the County claims this testing was not done in secret, despite no public warning, oversight, or media presence, nor was it testing.
Additionally, this illegal testing occurred with no documentation or logging of tamper-evident seals in violation of the Elections Procedures Manual and the law.
These criminals have been caught!

The Gateway Pundit spoke with a Kari Lake attorney on Sunday who described this as illegal activity by Maricopa County.
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell tried to sanction Kari Lake’s attorneys over these claims, but here’s the proof!
The Gateway Pundit reported that Kari Lake plans to appeal the bogus ruling. Lake said in a recent press conference she will “continue pushing our case to the United States Supreme Court.”
The Gateway Pundit will continue to provide updates on Kari Lake’s stolen election and her historic SCOTUS-bound lawsuit.

So because they cheat better, one side gets away with the legal portion while the other would be prosecuted? That doesn’t even make sense. I still think money changes hands.

They attempted to indict Trump 3 times and raided his home once...
But they won't even investigate Hunter's laptop and stonewall over any attempts to gather information on Hunter or Joe.
The DOJ/FBI and numerous other government agencies have the deck stacked in their favor. Until the dealer stacking the deck (deep state) is removed, that's what will continue.
Whether it makes sense to you or not, all voter fraud needs to be stopped ASAP.
The Democrats have had the system rigged for years now and they have the dirty dollars to fund it too.
The way you stop illegal voter fraud is to stop using the machines (all of them), stop mail in ballots & drop boxes, use absentee ballots instead, count ballots in voting building (not sent elsewhere) by hand, watch every aspect of voter process meticulously.

Well, they will go after and attack the Republicans even for legal things, but not the Democrats for even illegal things.
That's what you call a rigged election and ballot harvesting and early voting just won't cut it.
The head of the serpent needs to be severed! (Deep state, Dominion, mail in ballots, drop boxes, all other machinery in the election process including voter roll management must be done away with).

New Evidence Found in Maricopa: Tabulators Had Wrong Data Base and Machine Behavior Settings During 2022 Election

Last week, explosive footage was released by the Election Oversight Group that shows the “Secret Testing” that took place in Maricopa County on October 14th, 17th, and 18th, after the Logic and Accuracy testing reportedly done on October 11th.
In that video, you can see at the 7:02 mark that at least four employees tried to feed ballots through the tabulators but those ballots were rejected and spit back out, multiple times in some cases.
On Tuesday, Kari Lake attorney Kurt Olsen sat down with Ashe in America and the Gateway Pundit’s Brian Lupo on Badlands Media to discuss new evidence that has emerged. The Election Oversight Group has uncovered another serious issue: the tabulators had the wrong database and machine behavioral settings loaded. Below is a clip from that segment of the podcast. Below are just two examples of system log files (slogs) mirroring warnings throughout Maricopa’s tabulators:
According to the Democracy Suite Use Procedures manual, the MBS are “the settings that hold configuration parameters as defined by EMS applications and passed onto the ICE and ICP2. These settings define and determine the behavior of the ICE and ICP2 during an election.”
Regarding the video above showing the “secret” testing, the Elections Procedure Manual used in Maricopa does allow “re-testing”. The EPM states “re-testing may continue during the early voting period and through the day prior to the election.” However, it also says that errors detected during L&A testing must have the cause “ascertained and corrected”. In the log files below, there are two “right edge marker #10 (& #46) too small” error on October 17th during the “secret” testing. Thus, this error does not seem to have been corrected as the same type of error is shown in the slogs almost immediately on the Election Day tabulation at 6:43am.
Furthermore, the EPM states that “the officer in charge of elections must test all accessible voting equipment prior to an election” and again reiterates that “the Board of Supervisors or officer in charge of elections is responsible for performing an L&A test on all voting equipment prior to each election.”
However, we learned from Scott Jarrett’s declaration that “on Oct 14, 17, and 18, the County installed new memory cards, containing the certified Election Program that had undergone logic and accuracy testing, on each of its tabulators.” This is, of course, after the official L&A testing that was notified to voters and party representatives. The EPM explicitly states that testing must be done on all voting equipment, not just on the certified Election Program on one or several machines and then installed on all other equipment after the L&A testing is completed.
The declaration goes on to state that “When installing the memory cards, the County tabulated a small number of ballots on each tabulator to be certain that the memory cards had been properly inserted.” This would serve as a sort of after-the-fact test to determine if the tabulators are properly tabulating ballots. But in the video, it is clear that at least four employees had to re-insert ballots due to some sort of error. One could argue that it was rejected due to an undervote/overvote, which is normal during L&A testing, but why would the employee run it through more than once, sometimes up to four times? And why would the employee call over another to assist with the tabulation? This would suggest a problem rather than an “undervote/overvote” situation.
Remember: Maricopa’s EPM also states that L&A testing must be done without errors or the errors must be “ascertained and corrected” and an errorless test conducted.
Based on the system log files, it appears that Maricopa County voting systems were using “certified software” that had the wrong MBS file, the wrong election database version, and had multiple errors that were immediately duplicated at the start of voting on Election Day.
There will be more to come on these issues.
