HUGE: Postal Service Releases Final Report – Contract Driver Jesse Morgan Vindicated – Report CONFIRMS He Hauled Trailer of Ballots from NY to PA in Late October 2020

As The Gateway Pundit reported in 2020, election fraud whistleblowers came forward in December following the controversial election, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21.
The new information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization.
The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.
They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.

The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.
Attorney Phil Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared.”
Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York State.
This was explosive testimony.
Jesse Morgan: In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses… They were complete ballots.”
Jesse went on to say that he sat in Harrisburg for hours, and when he was told to leave, the supervisor at the post office would not give him a slip or an overtime slip so he could get paid. Jesse said the manager-supervisor was “kinda rude.”
Jesse’s testimony revealed that United States Post Office employees were in on the conspiracy to steal the votes.
The Gateway Pundit later discovered that rather than investigate this massive alleged crime, US Attorney General Bill Barr called up investigator Tony Shaffer and KILLED the investigation! He never lifted a finger to investigate this enormous act of election fraud!
In June 2022 The Gateway Pundit reported that the United States Postal Service investigated the allegations by the truck drivers – but they would NOT release their report.
Now this- The American Thinker published a report this weekend. The USPS finally released their report on the accusations of truck drivers hauling completed ballots across state lines into Pennsylvania before election day!
Jesse Morgan was exonerated. No wonder they hid this for a year!

You might think that this is a yarn that Morgan made up, but you’d be wrong. In its highly-redacted “Closing Memorandum,” the Post Office Inspector General (OIG) does not deny that Morgan was a subcontractor truck driver who took mail from Bethpage to Harrisburg, and then to Lancaster. The OIG claims that Morgan identified the wrong trailer number, and that his estimate of ballots could be much lower.
In the document, the OIG acknowledges that a contractor in Rochester, New York printed 650,000 general election ballots that went to Pennsylvania. Of the total, 450,000 went to Philadelphia County and 200,000 went to Chester County. In explaining how the printing company delivered the ballots to the Pennsylvania counties, the OIG states:

Comic Dave Smith had Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy on his podcast this week to discuss recent events and his campaign for president.
During their discussion, Smith asked Kennedy about the John Durham Report that was released this week.
Last Monday, Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016. The story was first pushed by Hillary Clinton and her campaign and turned over to the FBI and DOJ who proceeded to push the narrative without a single fact to confirm their claims. Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and his administration were notified early in August 2016 that Hillary was behind this nonsense. Obama later pushed the conspiracy after Trump was elected in an attempt to hurt President Trump’s administration before he ever entered office. Barack Obama has never been held accountable for this criminal intent.
Robert Kennedy weighed in on the report.

It appears that Robert was conflating the Durham Report on Trump-Russia hoax with the Intel Communities Hunter Biden letter hoax. Both involved Trump. Both involved Russia. Both involved top intelligence officials. And, both were complete lies.

Kennedy is gaining a surprising amount of support, 20%, considering he has a vocal condition and is difficult to listen to.

Most people don't really care about his vocal condition, it's more that he is a democrat. The big thing though, he is pro abortion. Most conservatives won't vote for him because of that reason, Christians can't vote for him because of that reason.

Republicans won’t vote for him but Democrats might choose him over Biden. It would be very hard to be a president and give a lot of speeches when he can’t speak.

He can speak, and clearly. And his brain works. Can't say that about Biden. Nothing works.
I've seen him on quite a few alternative media news shows as a guest. You get used to his voice. Besides, you can understand him, and he knows the truth of what has, is, and is planned. That's a plus.
If he speaks out against the murder of unborn babies, he'll get a lot more votes.

2020 Georgia Election Case Lives On After Appeals Court Returns Case to Lower Court

In December 2020, attorney Todd Harding filed a case against Fulton County, GA that alleged counterfeit ballots were inserted into the 2020 Election. This case lead to investigators and the public obtaining access to ballot images from Fulton County. Investigations, however, into the images provided by Fulton County seemed to leave more questions than answers. Even Georgia governor Brian Kemp had questions regarding discrepancies in the hand count pointed out by David Cross and Joe Rossi.
The lawsuit was abruptly dismissed by Judge Brian Amero on October 13, 2021 for lack of standing. The case was appealed and Amero’s ruling was upheld under a ruling in Henry County Board of Commissioners v Sons of Confederate Veterans case. However, when the Sons of Confederate Veterans case made it to the GA Supreme Court, the Appeals court decision was overturned. This allowed VoterGA’s case, Favorito et al. v Wan et al. to be reconsidered.
President Trump Truthed out The Gateway Pundit article on October 29, 2022 after the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that voters do in fact have the right to sue election officials who violate the law.
According to a press release from VoterGA.org:
The Georgia Court of Appeals has issued an order remanding the Fulton County counterfeit ballot case back to the Superior Court for all Fulton County petitioners. The order comes over four months after the Georgia Supreme Court upheld standing in its December 20, 2022 ruling for the Favorito et al v. Wan et al and Jeffords et al v. Fulton County cases. That decision was based on the court’s previous ruling that unanimously found Georgia citizens, taxpayers and residents, including voters, always had standing to sue government officials or agencies who violate Georgia law.

Garland Favorito provided some context for the 28-month legal struggle: “The citizens of
Georgia have been victimized for well over two years by false claims that there is no evidence of election fraud. This inordinate delay is attributable to lower court rulings that falsely claimed we had no standing. The Secretary of State and Attorney General should have helped us all this time instead of fighting against us. It is critical that Georgians quickly know how many counterfeit ballots were included in the 2020 Fulton election results so we can implement more fraud protection measures prior to the next election. We fully expect the lower court to move expeditiously since it had already ordered a ballot inspection before Fulton County hired criminal defense attorneys to prevent us from looking at the ballots. If there is nothing to hide, all involved should be willing to show us the ballots.”
