RFK Jr. says Democrat Party has already “rigged” nomination for Biden by EXCLUDING everyone else

Even though he is arguably the best candidate running, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a tough battle ahead for the White House, especially since the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has already "rigged" the 2024 election for Joe Biden.
Rigged is the exact word RFK Jr. himself used in a recent interview with The Liberty Daily in which he fleshed out the fact that the Democrat Party has already chosen its candidate, and that candidate is Biden.
"It's pretty clear that the DNC does not want a primary," RFK Jr. explained. "You know, I don't want to say they want a coronation, but I think that's a fair way to put it actually."
"They're fixing the process to make it almost impossible to have democracy function. They're effectively disenfranchising the Democratic voters from having any choice in who becomes president, in who becomes the Democratic nominee."

RFK Jr. would have to win 80% of states in order to beat Biden, based on corrupt rules
When asked what the DNC has done to rig the election, RFK Jr. revealed that the Iowa primary has been moved and the rules have been changed in such a way as to disenfranchise all other candidates besides Biden from standing a chance at winning.
"Two of the things today is they've moved the Iowa primary, they've made rules that if anybody campaigns in Iowa or sets foot, any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or steps foot in the state of New Hampshire, then none of the votes that are cast for that candidate will be tallied," RFK Jr. said.
"In other words, any delegate that I win in Iowa or New Hampshire would go instead to the president. And now they're trying to change it that if I campaign in New Hampshire that none of the votes cast for me in Georgia will count, and that's significant because it's hard to win the nomination without Georgia."
Based on the distribution protocol for superdelegates and automatic delegates, which will basically just go to Biden by default, RFK Jr. would have to win 80 percent of all the states in order to beat him – even if Biden himself only wins 20 or 25 percent.
"These rules will not be finalized until September 14 and we've written [to] the DNC protesting," RFK Jr. said about what his campaign is doing to try to stop this miscarriage of democracy from winning in the end.
"There are some really wild things they are now considering including forcing me to actually pay for the primaries, and their logic is that they don't need a primary because they already have a candidate, and therefore I'm costing them all of this money and that money should be paid for by me and maybe Marianne Williamson."
RFK Jr. knows that the 2024 election is unlikely to ever be 100 percent fair no matter what he and his campaign do. Still, he wants there to at least be a chance that someone else other than "their chosen, anointed candidate" can win.
"It's a process that is rigged," RFK Jr. added. "We live at a time in American history when a lot of Americans think that democracy is broken, that the system, the political system, is rigged, and that there's not really any democracy. And unfortunately, the DNC is taking a lot of steps that confirm that outlook."
"If the DNC is going to make it, is going to rig it so it is simply impossible for anybody to challenge President Biden, then I need to look at other alternatives because I can't go back to the people supporting me and to my donors and say, you know, I'm in this to make a point – I need to show them a road to victory."

How can they not count votes in certain key states? That means people don’t even get to vote in Iowa, New Hampshire or Georgia since it won’t matter who they vote for, all votes go to Biden.

That is one I have not yet posted about.
But it just goes to show that even after 10 months of legal battles, and multiple denials to confirm the truth about Maricopa County's election fraud, that the fraud still did occur, and she's still fighting it. It's an uphill battle when you have a state governor, secretary of state, city officials and election board members all on the same voter fraud page!!!
Give up and you lose... apparently, Kari Lake has yet to give up and continues to push forward.

Court: Wisconsin’s Unauthorized Use Of Federal Voter Registration Form Violates State Law

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) illegally used a form that was not authorized in accordance with state law to register new voters, a state court ruled on Tuesday.
Writing for the Waukesha County Circuit Court, Judge Michael Maxwell ruled that the WEC did not properly authorize the use of the National Mail Voter Registration Form (“National Form”) to register new voters by mail. The form is made available by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, an independent federal agency that provides resources regarding the administration of elections.
“WEC has failed in this most basic duty by allowing the National Form to be used in Wisconsin where WEC has never actually [prescribed] its use,” Maxwell wrote.
In its lawsuit filed on behalf of a Wisconsin resident last year, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) alleged the WEC’s use of the National Form was illegal because the agency failed to engage in proper “rulemaking” before authorizing its use. The legal group also claimed the form “adds extra criteria not authorized by statute or rule.”
The WEC tried to claim it had properly authorized the form’s use, but Maxwell specifically noted that the agency failed to produce evidence showing “that the National Form was approved by a prior election agency at some point in the past,” even when asked to do so by WILL’s client. The Wisconsin judge also eviscerated the WEC for “feebly” attempting to rely on an affidavit signed by Kevin Kennedy, “the election agency administrator for the prior two state elections agencies,” who couldn’t even substantiate the agency’s claims.
“Mr. Kennedy as the former chief administrator of elections in this state for nearly thirty-three years can not provide any credible evidence as to where, when, or how the National Form was approved,” Maxwell wrote. “Certainly, Mr. Kennedy offers no evidence that WEC approved the National Form as is required by” state law.
In addition to deeming Wisconsin’s unauthorized use of the National Form to register new voters illegal, the court enjoined the WEC from “issuing guidance of any kind that the National Form is approved for use or that the National Form may be used to register voters in Wisconsin,” unless and until the WEC “prescribes [its] use.” The agency is also required to “withdraw any such guidance” and inform local election clerks about the form’s illegality.
“It is unfortunate that time and time again Wisconsinites have to go to court to force state agencies to follow the law,” WILL Deputy Counsel Lucas Vebber said in a statement. “Today’s win is a tremendous victory for Wisconsinites, and sends yet another strong message to bureaucrats who disregard the rule of law.”
As Vebber indicated, Tuesday’s ruling is not the first time a court has found the WEC to have violated state law. In July 2022, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled the WEC’s authorization of ballot drop boxes during the 2020 election violated state law and further prohibited the devices from being used in future elections.
With the Wisconsin Supreme Court now controlled by Democrats, leftist legal groups have filed lawsuits in recent months seeking to overturn the high court’s prior drop box ruling. These same groups have also filed suit seeking to scrap state legislative maps drawn by Wisconsin’s Republican-controlled legislature.

Former professor David Clements has just released an extended trailer for his upcoming documentary titled, “Let My People Go,” a film that could prove to be the most definitive breakdown of not only how the rigged 2020 election was pulled off, but also the human costs associated with the January 6 Capitol “riot” prisoners and investigators that dared challenge the government-approved narrative. The film should be released in early October 2023.

During political activist Mike Lindell’s Election Crime Bureau event, the ex-academic presented on the topic of “Election Night Reporting.” He also tackled the undeniable proof that a proportional-integral-derivative-controlled algorithm not only exists in all 50 states but also shaped the outcome in swing states like Georgia.
Clements pointed out that the motion picture aims to solve the mystery connected to the rigged machines and software, from input to output. He said that the film centers on many controversial election vendors, the corrupt Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Even the trailer is already facing massive censorship on X, formerly called Twitter, YouTube and other big tech platforms.
According to Joe Hoft, author and contributor at independent news outlet The Gateway Pundit, the film features the most qualified experts investigating the 2020 election theft. Appearing in the documentary are Hoft, certified public accountant, auditor and author of “The Steal” trilogy; Jeffrey Lenberg, a former Sandia National Labs nation-state vulnerability expert; Dr. Walter Daugherity, renowned computer scientist; Draza Smith, former Sandia National Labs Cyber/Grid security expert; and Harry Haury, Cyber Security Systems Expert and co-author of the Help America Vote Act; Joe Oltmann, System Architecture Expert and Tech CEO.
Col. Shawn Smith, U.S. Air Force (ret.) former Senior Military Evaluator for Space, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems; and Clay Parihk, election systems testing expert and whistleblower are also in the film. Of course, David and his wife, professional engineer Erin Clements, who has co-authored one of the most definitive vulnerability assessments of the U.S. election system from numerous audits conducted in New Mexico and their research in other jurisdictions, also appear in the movie. There are also many other prominent experts included.

Meanwhile, Clements also guested on “The Joe Hoft Show” on August 24 where he discussed the bombshell story that he and his wife revealed about FirstNet, a nationwide cellular network that connects election equipment, and gives the federal government access to election systems at the precinct level.

In a separate article on JoeHoft.com, he said that there has been an incestuous collaboration between the DHS, the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), leftist/globalist funding, foreign companies and their private partners, which allowed for the real-time monitoring of all election data, and more importantly, the ability to change the results.
The idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was hatched in the wake of 9/11 and in 2012, Congress created the First Responder Network Authority under the Department of Commerce to oversee the build-out of “FirstNet.” The original goal was for the network to serve police, fire and emergency medical technician (EMT) services but the scope soon expanded to include all “critical infrastructure.” It then included water, energy and transportation infrastructure.
According to the professor, days before former President Barack Obama left office, DHS used the specter of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election as an excuse to declare election systems to be a part of that critical infrastructure. As a result, the stage was set to roll election systems into FirstNet, which was built with the AT&T telecommunications network.

The ONLY thing wrong with the form is that it was used without State approval.
Had the WEC gone to the State and sought and gained approval, nothing would have been illegal.
The illegality came in because they used it without State approval. And thus the form is illegal until approved by State. And as far as I know, that form still hasn't been approved by State.
This tactic was used in several swing states including Pennsylvania and others where they changed the voting rules/regulations without the explicit approval of the State!!!
