Well... that just cannot be true per the liberal news media because they ALL report that voter fraud is rare.

But that's just the point... voter fraud is real, chain of custody is lax, machines are manipulative per their programmers, and counting itself is quite flawed as 2020 has shown an abundance of. Stopping the count. Not counting certain votes, not allowing confirmation of the physical ballots and envelopes, sending out mass ballots to everybody even though they didn't request them, 23,000 people registered to the same address, 19 ballots send to a vacant lot, deceased voting, pets being sent ballots, people who moved out more than 8 years ago receiving ballots, 9,600 more ballots received than sent out, 120% voter turn out... 20% more than registered as living there, etc.

It's fraud galore but yet the liberal news media cover it up as... well... it's just a one off... the purposefully forgot to mention that the one was a one gazillion!!!

Until voter fraud is capped... all I have to say is that those Republicans who are willing to take the chance of getting caught might just consider playing the democrat card and see how the democrats feel about it. Fraud is fraud is fraud is fraud... it MUST NOT BE PLAYED DOWN even though the liberal news media play it down! IT MUST BE RATIFIED and any attempts to prevent ratification should be sought out with prejudice animosity in that our voter rights MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR regardless of which party you belong to.

Until then it's just a menagerie that plagues our voter integrity!

When presented with clear cases of fraud they have brushed it off by saying it’s impossible to know the truth. That is true when original data can’t be recovered. Once ballots and signatures are separated, it can’t be put back together.  Once voting machines have been handled, they can be investigated.  Once the original count is over people who were excluded from the room can’t be brought in to watch. The only way to stop future fraud is to get ahead of it and enact laws or rudest that don’t even allow the appearance of fraud.

Call them on that... a forensics audit of the envelope and actual ballot IS POSSIBLE!

Showtalk said...

That is true when original data can’t be recovered.

Why can't it be recovered? Isn't there some kind of back up system to ensure that even if the actual data cannot be recovered that there are back ups of it?

But wait... that's only the electronic data. Can electronic data be manipulated? YES... can electronic data be deleted? YES... can electronic data be changed after it's been recorded? It shouldn't be... but there are no current processes to ensure that it's not!

There are so many flaws in our current election system that our elections cannot really be trusted what so ever! And elected officials who do NOT allow an audit to find out one way or the other are the culprits who currently hide all the wrong doing with out voting system.

Nobody should deny an audit. If an audit is denied... that's a lack of accountability and another problem in and of itself.

If you go to vote and they say you've already voted when you haven't... what recourse is there? There should be venues made available such that if a person who shows up in person to vote and has been denied because they've already voted when they haven't MUST be investigated and the wrongful culprit who voted in their place MUST face the penalties of voter fraud.

Again... this is true of all parties... Republican, Democrat and Independents!

Dead votes should NEVER be counted... but constantly... they are.

Illegals should NEVER be allowed to vote, but without proper voter ID'ing it happens.

Voter ID is not racist... but the democrats continue to push that it is even though 85% of Americans think that voter ID should be used. (i.e. the democrats cowtow to 15% of the population.)

The envelopes were thrown away. That is what happened in Arizona.  All they could do was recount the ballots they had, they could not reconstruct which votes were fraudulent.  They knew cheating happened but were unable to tie it to individual ballots.  We all know the system needs to be cleaned up before we have any more elections.  There were an unusually high number of republicans this year who were told they already voted and were given provisional, UNCOUNTED ballots.  Those ballots are NEVER COUNTED unless and election is extremely close. They can be tossed for any reason.  Those people all had their votes stolen.

They are required by chain of custody law to safely and securely store all material for 20 or 22 months.

That's destruction of material they should still have in their custody... and as such, it should be treated as election fraud and those involved should go to jail.

I just read in another article that Michigan has recently found 25,000 dead people still on their voter rolls too.

And in Georgia, there were thousands of ballots which were shredded too.

It's rampant and MUST be fixed.

Watchdog group says 2020 ballot images destroyed in 74 Georgia counties

Ballot images are crucial for election records and required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively.

Seventy-four of Georgia's counties have not been able to produce original images of ballots from the November 2020 election, according to an election integrity group.

VoterGA, an election integrity nonprofit organization, received confirmation through Open Records Requests (ORRs) from 56 counties that either most or all of the images that the Dominion voting system automatically created for tabulating results have been destroyed.

Images of ballots are crucial for election records and are required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively.

The images automatically created by the Dominion voting system for in-person ballots are on compact flash memory cards, while mail-in ballot images are on memory flash drives. The drives or cards are later manually uploaded to the Election Management Server in the county, and the more densely populated ones use high speed scanners to directly transfer images to the Election Management Server.

"At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals," According to VoterGA.

The organization noted that recount images do not have original time stamps that may be used for auditing nor the original meta data showing how the votes were originally interpreted. Recount images are invalid for an election audit because they can be changed by tampering between scans.

A total of another 28 counties admitted to VoterGA admitted they do not possess a complete set of original images. "Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all Election Day images or a substantial portion of one or more of those groups," the nonprofit noted.

Over a two-month period, there were another 18 counties that didn't comply with repeated ORRs. While most didn't respond, some requested "exorbitant fees for images that most counties provided for around $25-$50," with the most being $1,700. There were six counties that claimed to mail VoterGA images that they haven't received.

VoterGA possesses written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey that granted permission to erase from the memory cards images from in-person ballots.

"These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State's office," Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA, said in a statement. "We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022."

You’re not understanding me.  They may be required to keep envelopes but once they are separated from ballots there is no way to put them back together for analysis.

Was the loss intentional or is Dominion flawed?  Why are they still using those systems when they know there were serious problems? Beyond any fraud, some of the machines didn’t work at all. Some switched votes from R to D and could not be switched back, while the voters were in the booths. That is all documented but somehow they couldn’t fix it during the election.

Im not sure that it is true that once separated they can't be rejoined.   Both the envelope and the voter ballot are coded identically with that computer link thing (complete senior moment).  At least in Arizona.  I can't find out what happens to the envelopes after an election has been certified-  are they kept or destroyed.  I believe they are kept from the idiot recount information that came out.  But I think the envelopes are eventually destroyed, while the actual ballots are kept for a set period of time.

They said that in AZ the ballots and the identifying information had been separated and could not be analyzed.  I have no idea why.
