An election report from Tennessee was recently issued by the US Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) that claimed an erroneous code was found on Dominion software that had been certified by the EAC.
How does system software get certified with erroneous code on it?
There appear to be a few issues with the voting machines used across the US. We’ve already reported on the fact that voting machines were put in use in Pennsylvania without being properly hardened.
We know these machines are not properly ‘hardened’ because experts discovered software on the machines that would have prevented the machines from being certifiable. When machines are hardened they are certified with the most up-to-date software needed for use and without any software that should not be there. In the case of election machines used throughout the US, the machines should not be put in use with any extra software loaded on them.
Recently a report was published on issues identified in an election in Tennessee. An error was identified on the voting machines and systems related to erroneous code. The real issue is the systems had been certified by the EAC. How could the EAC certify these machines?
The voting machine audit firms are paid by Dominion to certify their machines per the video below.

The conventional establishment narrative is that while there were instances of vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election, there's no evidence that there was enough to affect the outcome.
And if there were enough fraud to make a difference, how could that be proved?
In a video interview Thursday with WND, True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht says that after more than 15 months of tedious investigation, she and her colleagues have a massive volume of hard data they will release to the public after their probe is featured in the upcoming film "2000 Mules," produced by Dinesh D'Souza.
The evidence – including cell phone location data, surveillance video and whistleblower testimony – supports the hypothesis, she said, that amid the many "dirty," out-of-date voter rolls and the unprecedented distribution of mail-in ballots, a highly coordinated operation in the key battleground states collected ballots and paid "mules" to literally stuff them in the unattended drop boxes that became a center of controversy.
And that evidence indicates that the fraudulent votes affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
"The facts are the facts, and you cannot look away," Engelbrecht told WND.
She said the investigation – conducted with data analysts Gregg Phillips – identified non-profit groups at the nexus of the multi-state operation, which she described as a collection of "micro-insurgencies" involving thousands of "ballot traffickers" who engaged in patterns and modes of operation that "point to organization."
Engelbrecht said she is not at liberty to name those groups now, but they are identified in a complaint True the Vote filed in Georgia that prompted an investigation by the Georgia State Elections Board and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Earlier this week, Georgia state investigators issued subpoenas that signal they are engaged in a wide-ranging probe into the alleged ballot trafficking, Just the News reported.
Engelbrecht told WND she has been looking forward to the opportunity — after the film "2000 Mules" premieres next week — to "pull the rip cord" and release the evidence to the public.
"We're going to make all of this data, all of this video, available publicly for crowdsourcing," she said.
"You’re going to be able to see for yourselves."
And she expects much more to be found through the crowdsourcing, "because we only scratched the surface."
The surveillance videos alone provide clear evidence of criminal behavior, with numerous instances of people breaking Georgia law by putting more than one ballot in a drop box.
That presents Americans with "a moment of decision," she said.
"Are we going to enforce those laws or not?" she asked. "Because if we're not going to enforce the laws when we see the crimes, then why have laws at all?"
The left, she said, will "stop at nothing, and if you let them get away with it, it's going to continue."
"Look, we're fighting for control of the free world. This is not a game. This is not for the faint of heart," Engelbrecht said.
Government will not correct itself, she emphasized, and nothing will happen if people think somebody else will take care of it.

Less than a week after the 2020 Election, a ‘Dr. Shiva’ from Massachusetts uncovered some startling patterns in the 2020 Election results in Michigan.
…a presentation was released by Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai (Dr. Shiva), about the 2020 Election. Dr. Shiva highlights his resume on his website as follows:
Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, the inventor of email and polymath, holds four degrees from MIT, is a world-renowned systems scientist, inventor and entrepreneur. He is a Fulbright Scholar, Lemelson-MIT Awards Finalist, India’s First Outstanding Scientist and Technologist of Indian Origin, Westinghouse Science Talent Honors Award recipient, and a nominee for the U.S. National Medal of Technology and Innovation.
Dr. Shiva ran for US Senate in Massachusetts in the Republican primaries of 2020. He was ahead in all of his polling hoping to be the Republican candidate to run against Elizabeth Warren. His slogan was “Only the real Indian can beat the fake Indian”.
But Dr. Shiva didn’t make it out of the primary. Something didn’t look right. It didn’t pass the smell test. Because he was convinced that he was going to win the primary election, he decided to investigate the data and systems used in his primary election to see if there were any clues for what happened.
(This is exactly what is done when auditing large data sets. I did this hundreds of times in multiple engagements in many countries. An auditor will obtain data, gain a good understanding of the data and then perform queries looking for expected patterns that weren’t there or patterns of data that were present that were highly unlikely.
If data has a pattern to it that is not expected, there may be a reason, but if not, there is an issue. If data doesn’t have a pattern and it is expected, there may be a reason, but if not, there is an issue. In election data, these outliers or exceptions identify weaknesses in controls and/or fraud and can result in stolen elections.)
Dr. Shiva performed his analysis and then produced a presentation where he discussed what he discovered from looking into elections systems. In his video, Dr. Shiva noted that in our current election systems, we don’t have great input or output features – for example, we don’t receive a record of our votes and outputs can be manipulated.
One of Dr. Shiva’s first observations is that voting machines or systems don’t count ballots, they count results from images of ballots. These images are supposedly created from real ballots and then put through the system and counted. These images should be kept by the states but in many states the images are not maintained. Federal statutes claim that all records related to an election must be maintained for 22 months after the election, yet many states do not do this and are not being held accountable for not doing so.
In the current system, there is a feature called the “weighted race” feature. This allows the system to weight votes. For example, the system allows for some candidates’ votes to be weighted at a ratio of two to one. Other candidates’ votes can be halved, where that candidate’s votes are awarded a half a vote to each vote received. This functionality is built into the software used in voting machines.
Dr. Shiva also explained that our votes are stored in decimals in the election system. The system doesn’t show one vote equals 1 vote. In the system one vote can equal a portion expressed by a decimal. For example, one vote can equal 1.1 or 0.9 depending on the system set up. Votes are not stored as whole numbers in the election system but they are stored as decimals.
Dr. Shiva then used what he learned from his primary election in Massachusetts and applied this knowledge to the election results in Michigan. He looked at the top four counties: Oakland, Macomb, Kent and Wayne counties. Per his analysis, in three major counties analyzed, President Trump’s margin of victory was reduced by a margin of 138,000 ballots minimum. Fun Fraud Fact: Wisconsin Added 29% of Their ENTIRE VOTING POPULATION to Voter Rolls in 10 Months Prior to 2020 Election — 957,977 New Names!

The 174 Year Old State of WI Added 29% of Their Entire Voting Population in Only 10 Months.
In the 174 year old State of Wisconsin, 29% of their entire voting population was added to their voter rolls in only 10 months. Almost a third of their entire voting population was added in the months leading up to the 2020 election. No one has been arrested or prosecuted. In fact, most who received the 80+ investigative subpoenas didn’t comply. They will face no repercussions because WI Speaker Robin Vos feels the investigation should close down at the end of April.
According the 2021 Legislative Audit Bureau report (pg. 20), WEC collected 957,977 new voter registrations between 1/1 and 11/3 of 2020. About half of those registered online. WEC also reported they had 3,306,906 active registered voters as of January 1st, 2020. These 957k new registrations in 2020 represent a massive 28.97% increase over that active voting population. The Zuckerberg disguised Get Out the Vote effort was collecting an average 21,800 new registrations every single week. These are astronomical numbers for Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Special Counsel investigating election fraud is headed by Michael Gableman. He’s asking people to contact Robin Vos’s office and request the investigation continue. He provided contact information of 608-266-9171 and rep.vos@legis.wisconsin.gov. Be courteous, but courageous. Demand they extend the contract at least 6 months. Ask they provide substantial funding this time. Mr. Gableman was purposely hobbled with a measly initial budget of $600k.
Professor David Clements hosted a stunning presentation “Election Fraud by Cruise Control“. Data specialist Draza Smith and software engineer Jeff O’Donnell show rampant election irregularities. After a year of this type analysis, they now provide 8 steps on “How to Steal an Election” (at 55min, 50secs). They believe these are the most likely steps used to steal the 2020 election The first and last steps require voter registration manipulation. Step #1: Inflate the voter rolls as high as the population. Step #8: Clean up the voter rolls as much as possible while no one is looking.
It’s no mystery voter rolls are stuffed and purged around elections. Most election jurisdictions provide voter data once a month which is scrubbed in between. There’s no way to learn of the massive changes made in those weeks between releases. Most State’s don’t offer and won’t allow you to request or purchase voter files for a specific date. You can’t get voter files for each of the 15 days leading up to the election, or the 15 after. You can’t get a voter file specific to election day, or for each day ballot counting was conducted. Until voter information is provided affordably and frequently to the public, we will have registration fraud.
One easy and fast solution would be to force jurisdictions to provide voter files for every day residents can vote. If voting starts 3 weeks before election day, then a voter file must be created for each and every one of those days leading up to election day. Voter files would also be created every day after the election until all ballots are counted and verified. This would be done for both primary and general elections. Only then could the public fully analyze what registration changes are made. But the left has been fighting ferociously to prevent registration transparency.
Gateway Pundit recently highlighted the FPEIS Fractal Voter Registry. This software project collects and displays registration anomalies across many States. One pilot project will analyze voter registration changes on a daily basis in a few States as the 2022 election approaches. Unfortunately, these are not the troubling States that have impeded election investigations and those with massive indications of fraud. Politicians and officials in these type States won’t allow election staff to work with transparency projects.
GP also provided insight into Sarah Whitt who ran the WI voter registration system for 14 years. Working out of Madison, she left WEC in the middle of 2019 to join ERIC. This non-profit’s stated goal is to provide lists to their member States and mandate they solicit those eligible residents to register to vote. Shortly after Sarah Whit joined ERIC, the formation of the Zuckerberg Chan initiative with CTCL and CEIR started to take shape. Then came the explosion of nearly one million new 2020 voter registrations in Wisconsin.

EXCLUSIVE: Man Who Discovered Ballot Trafficking Operation In Yuma County Handed Evidence To Attorney General Brnovich BEFORE 2020 General Election: “They Could Have Stopped This.” (AUDIO)

Two men in Yuma County, Arizona, Gary Snyder and David Lara, busted a local ballot trafficking operation using undercover cameras during the 2020 Primary Election.
Lara and Snyder recorded and photographed ballot traffickers stuffing ballot boxes on the day of the August 4th, 2020, Primary Election.
The evidence was presented to the Arizona Attorney General, resulting in a guilty plea by Alma Yadira Juarez. Guillermina Fuentes, who serves on the San Luis School District Board, faces four felony charges. Juarez admitted to prosecutors that Fuentes, 65 gave her the ballots.
The Gateway Pundit reported on this case back in March.
This evidence was presented to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich in August 2020, before the stolen 2020 election, but he chose to do nothing about it. “They could have stopped this,” said David.
David Lara, Gary Snyder, and whistleblowers from Yuma County will be featured in Dinesh D’Souza’s upcoming documentary, 2000 Mules. The movie is set to expose the nationwide ballot trafficking operation that stole the 2020 Presidential Election from Donald Trump.
The Gateway Pundit spoke to Lara for an exclusive interview on the ballot “cartel” that has stolen elections in Arizona for decades. David said he has been investigating the professional criminal organization for 22 years!
David Lara: I didn’t want to be seen because these people know me very well. And I told him [Gary Snyder] what he was going to witness, what he was going to see. He was going to see the handling of ballots, people walking in with 2, 3, 5, 10, or different amounts. He was going to see the ballot harvesting. He was going to see what was happening, how they’re trickled into the polls. So I told him to very, very carefully watch, watch what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and to take as many pictures and videos as possible. Now, I’m not going to get very detailed into this because this case is still open, and we still have until May 12, which hopefully it will be over by then. At about eight o’clock in the morning that day. I wasn’t there. Of course, that’s when I stepped away. He started to send me videos and pictures of what was happening, which was no surprise to me, but it was to him since it was his first election.
Immediately I notified the county recorder of what was happening, and throughout the day, I was sending evidence, videos, and pictures of what was happening throughout the day at the polls. Now, San Luis has two polling places, which is the cultural center and the library. They’re not too far apart. The library, which is controlled by the county, is a county property. The cameras were on in the parking lot, surveillance cameras. And that’s where also the Dropbox is at. The cultural center belongs to the city. The city gave the order to turn off all cameras in the parking lot, so that’s where you would see most of what was caught on camera. The evidence was submitted to the County, and the County then forwarded it to the Attorney General.
It was several weeks where the Attorney General called me over the phone. We’ve never met in person, just over the phone, and he asked me questions as to how much I knew about the ballot harvesting. Exactly how it worked, who was involved, who’s been doing it, how they’ve been doing it. And I gave him all the information. I gave him all the information, 22 years worth of information, and I explained that ballot harvesting is very intricate and it is a professional criminal organization. These are not amateurs. These are people that have been doing it for many, many years. It is well structured, and it is like I’ve said before, Rudy Giuliani would have been perfect for this investigation because it mirrors the mafia, the Italian mafia in New York. It has ranks. It has different levels of infrastructure. They have different levels of authority, and it trickles all the way up to the top, and when I say all the way to the top, I’m talking about state and federal levels. The grassroots, which are the people that I call, it’s like a trail, you could say. They will pick up the ballots, and then they’ll pass it on to the next person who has a greater amount of ballots and so forth. And the reason they do this is in case somebody gets caught, then they’re caught with a small amount of ballots, which makes it an amount that would not sway the election either way. So, they’re very precise, and that’s why I’ve always said this is a cartel. This is run exactly the way cartels and drug dealers distribute drugs in a community.

Fairfax County Virgina Received Over $1.2 Million in Zuckerbucks in 2020 Election – Does This Explain the Three 300,000 Biden Ballot Drops on Election Night?

Were Zuckerbucks linked to the three 330,000 vote drops for Joe Biden in Fairfax County Virginia on Election night 2020?
After the 2020 Election, The Gateway Pundit looked into the results in various states. One state that TGP explored was Virginia. We focused on that state because the results didn’t make sense. All-day and night during the Election on November 3rd, 2020, President Trump was ahead. He never was behind at any point in the day. Then late at night with President Trump still ahead, the state was called for Joe Biden. Up until that point in time, there was no indication that Biden was even in the race.
We looked into the numbers in Virginia and found something puzzling. Multiple drops of over 300,000 ballots for Joe Biden occurred.
We called this action in Virginia and other states, The Drop and Roll.
Now we are finding out that there were lots and lots of Zuckerbucks from the Facebook founder that were involved in Fairfax County, where the ballot drops occurred.
According to Capital Research, Fairfax County, the most populous county in Virginia, received a very large amount of Zuckerbucks ($1.24 million) in the 2020 Election.
Were Zuckerbucks involved in the massive ballot drops in Fairfax County on election night 2020? This needs to be investigated. Conservatives no longer have the luxury of ignoring the lawless voter grabs in battleground states. There is too much at stake today.
