Judicial Watch Files Federal Lawsuit against Illinois to Stop Counting of Ballots Received After Election Day – Plaintiffs Include Member of Congress
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today it filed a federal lawsuit against Illinois on behalf of Congressman Mike Bost and two other registered Illinois voters to prevent state election officials from extending Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law (Rep. Michael J. Bost, Laura Pollastrini, and Susan Sweeney v. The Illinois State Board of Elections and Bernadette Matthews (No. 1:22-cv-02754)).
Judicial Watch argues that Illinois election law violates federal law, which defines Election Day as “the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of every even-numbered year.” The complaint states:
Despite Congress’ clear statement regarding a single national Election Day, Illinois has expanded Election Day by extending by 14 days the date for receipt and counting of vote-by-mail ballots.
Judicial Watch points out that the current Illinois election law allows vote-by-mail ballots received up to 14 days “after the polls close on Election Day” to be counted as if they were cast and received on or before Election Day. Illinois law also provides that “[e]ven vote-by-mail ballots without postmarks shall be counted if received up to 14 calendar days after Election Day if the ballots are dated on or before Election Day.”
Judicial Watch’s lawsuit notes:
The Board … advised that the number of ballots received after Election Day through November 17, 2020, could materially affect the unofficial election results.

[Illinois’ own data indicates that] Illinois received 266,417 vote-by-mail ballots statewide during the period from November 3rd through November 17th.

[M]ost of the 266,417 vote-by-mail ballots were received after Election Day, which would mean that as many as 4.4% of votes cast in 2020 were received after Election Day. [Emphasis in original]
Judicial Watch argues that holding voting open for 14 days past Election Day violates the constitutional rights of voters and candidates:
By counting untimely and illegal ballots received after Election Day and diluting Plaintiffs’ timely cast and received ballots, Defendants, acting under color of Illinois law, have deprived and are depriving Plaintiffs of rights protected under the First Amendment and 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
“We are supposed to have an Election Day, not Election Weeks – or months. Illinois’ 14-day extension of Election Day beyond the date set by Congress is illegal, violates the civil rights of voters, and encourages fraud,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
In a separate Judicial Watch election lawsuit against Illinois, a federal court ruled in June 2021 that the lawsuit could proceed against Illinois officials for denying public access to Illinois’ voter registration database.
In February 2022, Judicial Watch settled its lawsuit against North Carolina and two of its counties after the North Carolina removed over 430,000 ineligible names from the voter rolls.
In March 2022, a Maryland court ruled in favor of Judicial Watch’s challenge to Maryland’s Democratic legislature “extreme” congressional redistricting gerrymander.

100 Percent Fed Up added this on the investigation in January —
Using commercially available geo-tracking cell phone data, True the Vote was able to take footage from drop boxes across America in key states like Georgia and others to track over 2,000 ‘mules” wearing gloves and disguises to stuff ballot boxes.
In early January The Gateway Pundit reported to our readers that our organization agreed to hand over exclusive video from a major battleground state to True the Vote for their ballot trafficking investigation in the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit shared never before seen ballot dropbox surveillance video, 24 Terabytes of footage, with the election integrity group in their ongoing investigation.

That brings us to today.
On Sunday Turning Point USA Founder and President Charlie Kirk was in St. Louis and joined Joe Hoft from The Gateway Pundit and Real Talk 93.3 to discuss the 2020 election and related topics.
During the interview, Charlie Kirk says he spent time with Dinesh D’Souza the producer of “2000 Mules.” Charlie then dropped this bomb.
Charlie Kirk: You have the surveillance video that Dinesh is using in his upcoming movie where people are coming out of the car with piles of ballots. Illegal. You cannot do that in Georgia. Stuffing them into ballot boxes funded by Mark Zuckerberg… Coming night after night after night, the same guys. They’re wearing latex gloves on camera, after they put the ballots in the drop boxes they take off the latex gloves because they don’t want fingerprints on the ballots and they take pictures of every ballot. And you’ll see this video footage. I had a six-hour meeting with Dinesh D’Souza and I saw all the evidence for myself. I was really skeptical at first and we dove into it. And I was blown away at how the sophisticated technology they used to be able to track these people using cellphone technology because your cellphone is letting off a ping every 3 to 5 seconds. You can go buy those pings off of certain geographic areas… They saw that some of these mules would visit these drop boxes every night. And then go to Stacey Abrams’ headquarters and then go back to the drop boxes.
This is a huge development that implicates the Democrat Party directly and Stacey Abrams in particular in the ballot trafficking operations in the state of Georgia.

We later confirmed from a second source that a second Democrat office in the state of Georgia was also used as a stop for the dozens of ballot traffickers in the state.
Later this afternoon we reached out to True the Vote founder and president Catherine Engelbrecht who is spearheading this investigation. Catherine told us,
“We cannot confirm anything about organization names right now by advice of counsel. But we can confirm that two of the addresses were among a data set of those we reviewed.”
Catherine also said there are a number of investigations taking place right now.
The pieces are starting to fall into place.
God willing, the truth will be exposed to the American people.

George Soros Drops $1 Million Into Stacey Abrams’ Campaign for Georgia Governor

This really should surprise no one. George Soros donated a million dollars to Stacey Abrams’ campaign for governor.
While Americans are limited to the amount of money they can donate to a political candidate, billionaires like George Soros do whatever they want. Townhall reported:
Billionaire George Soros donated $1M to Stacey Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign just a few days after she qualified to run in March. He donated the funds through a super PAC. Soros made the donation through Democracy PAC II to One Georgia, Abrams’ leadership PAC…
…There are limits to how much an individual or business can contribute to a candidate. Leadership PACs get around those limits. They can raise as much money as they can for a candidate. This year Soros is giving his super PAC, Democracy PAC II, $125M to sway elections across the country. He is contributing to both Democrat groups and candidates in the 2022 midterm election cycle. Democracy PAC II is run by his son.
The reason this is no surprise is that Abrams is closely connected to the leaders of the Democrat Party. After she was the Georgia House Minority Leader she landed a position on creepy John Podesta’s Center for American Progress in 2018.
Abrams was heavily involved in the 2020 Election. She made a lot of money the past couple of years, too.

We have one National Election Day. States each have one primary election day. My state has always had vote by mail, and they must be postmarked before and received by a given date.

Except for Illinois...
If election day is Nov 6th, Illinois will and does illegally accept ballots mailed as late as Nov 20th!!!
And you have to sue them to get them to stop!!! Even though it's illegal!!!

Why should they have to clean it up... 2020 was supposedly the the most fair election in our history... per the Democrats. If that were the case, they they shouldn't have to clean anything up.
However, as for their supposedly cleaning up the voting process... hmmmm... Soros has just forwarded Stacey Abrams $1 million to dirty up what ever they supposedly cleaned up.
Don't trust what they say... and watch very very very closely everything they do going forward!!!

HUGE! CNN Admits Dominion Voting Software Has Flaws That Can Be Exploited — THEN WHY ARE WE USING THEM?

This is a HUGE development!
CNN on Saturday of the holiday weekend admitted that the Dominion Software has flaws that can be exploited.
Then why are we using them? Are we going to start pretending Democrats don’t cheat?
Federal authorities are finally admitting this. But the same officials told CNN that there is no evidence that the machines were tampered with.
The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on Dominion for two years now. It appears officials finally admitted something we already knew.
CNN reported:
Federal cybersecurity officials have verified there are software vulnerabilities in certain ballot-marking devices made by Dominion Voting Systems, discovered during a controversial Georgia court case, which could in theory allow a malicious actor to tamper with the devices, according to a draft analysis reviewed by CNN.
The vulnerabilities have never been exploited in an election and doing so would require physical access to voting equipment or other extraordinary criteria standard election security practices prevent, according to the analysis from the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
But because the subject is Dominion voting equipment, which has been the target of conspiracy theorists who falsely claim there was large-scale fraud in the 2020 election, federal and state and local officials are bracing for election deniers to try to weaponize news of the vulnerabilities ahead of midterm elections.
“While these vulnerabilities present risks that should be promptly mitigated, CISA has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections,” reads the draft CISA advisory, which the agency shared in a briefing with state and local officials on Friday.
But CNN and CISA assures Americans that the Dominion software was not tampered with despite the fact that not a single Dominion machine was examined.
