I didn’t think of it that way before, but you are right, it is controlling and abusive.

Yep... it's unConstitutional to say the least. Many don't realize it, and the younger generation never knew because they weren't taught about our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It's an inexcusable over reach of government that should have never happened but is still currently ongoing!!!

As long as people don’t push back it will continue.

Eventually, they will push back... I'm just worried about how much farther it will go before they start pushing back.

It’s close to criminal that we can’t teach real history anymore. There is no excuse for any student to get through school without a thorough knowledge of our country’s history.

If they don't learn history, they're bound to repeat it. History teaches that socialism is not good. The democrats want to usher socialism into our country. Otherwise they would continue teaching it.

They also don't teach about our Constitution or Bill of rights either so many don't know or understand that their freedoms are being trampled on. After a few more generations like those they're currently churning out... after we've passed away, all they will know is that they must follow what the government says regardless of whether it's Constitutional or not... regardless of whether it infringes on their rights or not!

That's the only excuse!

I would say about half the country learns real history and the other half is learning the new methods.  I hear people talking now and read what they say and it sometimes doesn’t make sense, given what I learned in school.  It’s just wrong.
