He's right... in 2016 the FBI downplayed Hillary Clinton's private (and illegal) E-mail server that HAD Confidential information on it which SHE did not have declassification powers over. Also, in 2016, the FBI opened up several illegal FOIA requests against various Trump's incoming staffers as well as starting the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. So, the FBI IS complicit in meddling in the 2016 election.
Then, in 2018, the FBI worked to get the illegal Mueller investigation started knowing good and well the Dossier claims were all false. Here too, the FBI IS complicit in meddling in the 2018 election.
Then, in 2020, the FBI worked to cover up the Hunter Biden laptop story and helped hide much of the election fraud that went on. Here too, the FBI IS complicit in meddling in the 2020 election.
And finally, in 2022, the FBI worked to get the illegal raid on Mar a Lago to come about. Once again, the FBI IS complicit in meddling in the 2022 election. And in less than a week, we'll probably see more FBI or DOJ involvement in suppressing the votes in the midterms.
So, they're complicit in meddling in the 2016, 2018, 2020 & 2022 elections.

They claim it’s because of highly paid public appearances, promotions and book deals. Why is any of that even allowed while she’s in offices.

A fraud is someone who pretends to be what they aren’t. Someone who is corrupt is actively taking money or possessions that don’t helping to them through illegal means.
