They can’t fix it and don’t want to. They are proud of themselves. Republicans need to stop allowing the media to get away with it.

Yep, and it just goes to show how corrupt Ukraine is and therefore, we need to NOT send them more cash because it will just trickle it's way back into the Democrats pockets in one fashion/way or another.

DeSantis Announces Legislation To Ban Social Credit Scores, 'Woke ESG Financial Scam'

BY TYLER DURDEN
TUESDAY, FEB 14, 2023 - 07:36 AM

The proposal "seeks to protect Floridians from the woke ESG financial scam" by:

Prohibiting big banks, trusts, and other financial institutions from discriminating against customers for their religious, political, or social beliefs — including their support for securing the border, owning a firearm, and increasing our energy independence.
Prohibiting the financial sector from considering so called “Social Credit Scores” in banking and lending practices that aim to prevent Floridians from obtaining loans, lines of credit, and bank accounts.
Prohibiting banks that engage in corporate activism from holding government funds as a Qualified Public Depository (QPD).
Prohibiting the use of ESG in all investment decisions at the state and local level, ensuring that fund managers only consider financial factors that maximize the highest rate of return.
Prohibiting all state and local entities, including direct support organizations, from considering, giving preference to, or requesting information about ESG as part of the procurement and contracting process.
Prohibiting the use of ESG factors by state and local governments when issuing bonds, including a contract prohibition on rating agencies whose ESG ratings negatively impact the issuer’s bond ratings.
Directing the Attorney General and Commissioner of Financial Regulation to enforce these provisions to the fullest extent of the law.

"That is a way to try to change people’s behavior. It’s a way to try to impose politics on what should just be economic decisions," said DeSantis, of ESG. "We are also not going to house in either the state or local government level deposits. And we have a lot of deposit, we got a massive budget surplus in Florida, you have deposits all over the place that go in where state and local government use financial institutions, none of those deposits will be permitted to be done in institutions that are pursuing this woke ESG agenda."

As Florida's Voice notes,

The proposal would also aim to make sure ESG will not “infect decisions” at both the state and local governments, such as investment decisions, procurement and contracting, or bonds.

House Speaker Paul Renner said Bob Rommel, R-Naples, will introduce the bill in the House.

“The biggest thing that I think ESG represents is a total hijacking of democracy,” said Renner.

“We’re lucky here in the state of Florida, that we’ve got a governor who will stand up to things like ESG, when others will not."

THIS IS WHAT FASCISM LOOKS LIKE: New York City Teachers Who Refused The COVID Jab Had Their Fingerprints And Personnel Files Sent To The Corrupt FBI (AUDIO)

By Cullen Linebarger
Feb. 11, 2023 4:40 pm

Inside every progressive is a fascist waiting to be unleashed. Look no further than what happened to New York City (NYC) teachers who refused the COVID shot.

The conservative legal group Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), which is defending the teachers in state court, said the New York Department of Education (DOE) flagged the personnel files of NYC teachers who were fired because they declined the COVID vaccine. The teachers were assigned a “problem code” for not taking the shot.

The files and the teachers’ fingerprints were then sent over to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services.

Here is audio proof:

The Blaze reported Saturday:

New York City teachers who declined to get the COVID-19 vaccine had their personnel files flagged and their fingerprints sent to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services, according to a legal group.

The New York City vaccine mandate required Department of Education employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID by Sept. 5, 2022. As of mid-September 2022, approximately 1,950 NYC Department of Education employees had been fired for declining to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Department of Education employees who were not vaccinated against COVID were reportedly penalized by having a “problem code” inputted in their personnel file.

Teachers for Choice – a self-described “organization comprised of teachers and parents that are 100% against forced medical mandates for any American to keep their job, especially educators – argues that teachers’ “fingerprints are sent with that flag to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services.”

The New York Criminal Justice Services “maintains criminal history records and fingerprint files and performs background checks for employment and licensure.”

Teachers for Choice claims that after the personnel files are flagged, they are then sent to the national databases at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice.

John Bursch, attorney for Alliance Defending Freedom, defended terminated New York City workers in court on Feb. 8.

Refusing a shot makes you a deep state target in today’s America. So much for the land of the free.

EXCLUSIVE: New Mexico’s Corrupt SOS, Maggie Toulouse Oliver, Is Tied to Twitter’s Illegal Speech Suppression Scheme that Violates First Amendment Rights of New Mexicans

By Joe Hoft
Feb. 13, 2023 8:30 am

New Mexico’s corrupt SOS, Maggie Toulouse Oliver, is tied to Twitter’s illegal speech suppression scheme, which violated the First Amendment rights of New Mexicans.

Guest post by the Editor of Estancia News

The corruption of Maggie Toulouse Oliver and other New Mexico election officials continues to be exposed – this time by the U.S. Congress. The U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee is investigating criminal censorship in hearings titled “Protecting Speech from Government Interference and Social Media Bias, Part 1: Twitter’s Role in Suppressing the Biden Laptop Story.”

In a passionate examination of the former global head of “trust and safety” at Twitter, Yoel Roth, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) cornered Roth with a series of questions regarding a private messaging platform called “Jira.” Jira appears to have been set up to facilitate the suppression of facts and censorship of Americans surrounding the 2020 presidential election.

Rep. Luna displayed a poster with the members of Jira – which included government agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency), National Association of Secretaries of State, the National Association of State Election Directors, leftist non-profits, and even the Democratic National Committee.  There were no right-leaning non-profits or representatives from the Republican National Committee on Jira.

The hearings and Rep. Luna, primarily focused on the use of Jira to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story, which has been established by polling to have swayed the 2020 election in Biden’s favor significantly more than the margin of victory.

Luna stated that Jira is “a joint action between the federal government and a private company to censor and violate the first amendment. This is also known as “joint state actors”…. It is highly illegal.”

Recall the now famous 2020 Time Magazine article which boldly declared the existence of, “a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.”

Rep. Luna’s exposure of key figures using the Jira platform now confirms that the tacit admissions provided in the Time Magazine article were not merely the result of a loosely knit far-left coalition—but rather a highly illegal enterprise.

The fact that the membership included the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED), which have membership from all fifty states, should alarm all people concerned about election integrity, but especially New Mexicans.

The New Mexico Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse Oliver, was made the president of the NASS in July 2020, just months prior to the most controversial election in U.S. History. As president of NASS, she would have certainly known about the existence of Jira, and evidence exists that she used it to suppress the first amendment rights of New Mexicans.

This email from election day, 2020 shows Oliver directing a subordinate to “reach out to Twitter” to remove a post that a New Mexican citizen had made reporting a power outage at a polling place:

The SOS could have replied to the tweet that the power outage was resolved, but she chose instead to violate the first amendment rights of the New Mexican who made the tweet by removing it.

Included in the email thread are several high-level employees at the New Mexico Secretary of State office, including Mandy Vigil the state Elections Director. Mandy Vigil is the current treasurer of the NASED – which is another entity using the illegal messaging platform, Jira. In other words, it seems apparent that the entire Secretary of State’s office knew that they had a back door with Twitter set up to control speech about their performance as an office and to delete posts inconvenient to their reputation.

Arkancide revisited...

EXCLUSIVE: Arkansas cops rule suicide in death of Clinton aide linked to Jeffrey Epstein - who was found shot and tied to a tree with an electrical cord around his neck - despite no sign of weapon

Bill Clinton's special advisor Mark Middleton, who signed Jeffrey Epstein into the White House several times, killed himself in May 2022
His body and car were found at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas

The grisly scene where a top Bill Clinton adviser was found hanged from a tree with a gunshot wound to his chest has finally been revealed nine months after he died.

But the sheriff's report into Mark Middleton's mysterious death raises more questions than answers as it rules he died by suicide – despite no sign of the weapon that killed him.

Middleton, 59, was found dead last May at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas, an hour west of Little Rock.

Release of the report was held up after members of his family petitioned a judge. They were worried that pictures from the gory scene would be made public.

The judge eventually ruled that details could be released but photographs could not.

Bill Clinton's special advisor Mark Middleton, who signed Jeffrey Epstein into the White House several times, killed himself in May 2022

Middleton's body and car were found at the Heifer Ranch, which is owned by an anti-poverty nonprofit called Heifer International, in Perryville, Arkansas

Middleton was Bill Clinton's special advisor who admitted Jeffrey Epstein to the White House on seven of the at least 17 times the late pedophile visited. Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and Clinton are seen in 1993 at the White House

The report, written by Perry County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremy Lawson, says he was called to the ranch by worker Samantha McElroy who had found Middleton's abandoned black BMW SUV.

McElroy, 46, then walked around a cottage on the ranch.

'Almost immediately after stepping around the corner of the cottage she started yelling,' wrote Lawson.

'Upon reaching the back of the cottage she pointed towards the rear of the property and asked if that was a person.

'I could see what at first appeared to be a man sitting near a tree, as my eyes focused better, I could see a rope of some type going from the tree limb to the male."

Lawson said it was clear that Middleton was dead.

'I could see that he had a gunshot wound to the chest and that he had a knot tied in an extension cord that was around his neck and it was attached to the limb directly above him.

The deputy said a search of Middleton's vehicle turned up three boxes of buckshot and a gun case – but no weapon.

The details give fresh insight into the death of Middleton, a married father of two daughters aged 18 and 20 who was found dead on May 7 last year.

The married father-of-two, who lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, shot himself at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville

In Middleton's obituary, his family requested that, instead of flowers, well wishers donate to a service that specializes in counseling and therapy linked to the New Life Church, which is based in Arkansas

‘Please be happy today and get some sun. It will make you feel better. I love you,' Middleton had texted his wife Rhea just before his death

The police report obtained by DailyMail.com gives fresh insight into the death of Middleton, 59, a married father of daughters aged 18 and 20, who was found dead on May 7 last year. Middleton with his wife Rhea and daughters, Lindsay and Lauren

DailyMail.com previously revealed Epstein visited the White House on 14 separate days and stopped by twice in one day on three occasions during Bill Clinton's first term. Middleton admitted him at least seven times

Middleton was a special advisor to Bill Clinton in the 1990s and signed Jeffrey E

A metal detectorist is suing the FBI, claiming he alerted them to 7 tons of Civil War-era gold and they took it away in a secret overnight dig

BYMICHAEL RUBINKAM AND THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
February 19, 2023

Treasure hunter Dennis Parada, owner of Finders Keepers, talks about the FBI's 2018 dig for Civil War-era gold in an interview at his office in Clearfield, Penn. on Jan. 6, 2023.

The court-ordered release of a trove of government photos, videos, maps and other documents involving the FBI’s secretive search for Civil War-era gold has a treasure hunter more convinced than ever of a coverup — and just as determined to prove it.

Dennis Parada waged a legal battle to force the FBI to turn over records of its excavation in Dents Run, Pennsylvania, where local lore says an 1863 shipment of Union gold disappeared on its way to the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia. The FBI, which went to Dents Run after sophisticated testing suggested tons of gold might be buried there, has long insisted the dig came up empty.

Parada and his advisers, who have spent countless hours poring over the newly released government records, believe otherwise. They accuse the FBI of distorting key evidence and improperly withholding records in an apparent effort to conceal the recovery of a historic, extremely valuable gold cache. The FBI defends its handling of the materials.

Parada’s dispute with the FBI is playing out in federal court, where a judge overseeing the case must decide whether the FBI will have to release its operational plan for the gold dig and other records it wants to keep secret. The judge could also order the FBI to keep looking for additional materials to turn over to the treasure hunter.

“We feel we were double-crossed and lied to,” Parada said in an interview at his cramped, wood-paneled office, where huge drill bits and high-end metal detectors compete for space with rusty miners’ picks, Civil War-era cannon parts and other odds and ends he’s dug up over the years.

“The truth will come out,” said Parada, co-founder of the treasure-hunting outfit Finders Keepers. Solving the mystery is not his only goal — he had hoped to earn a finder’s fee from the potential recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars worth of gold.

An FBI spokesperson declined to answer questions about the agency’s gold dig records or respond to the coverup allegations, citing the ongoing litigation. Last year, the FBI released a statement publicly acknowledging for the first time that it had been looking for gold in Dents Run. The statement said the FBI did not find any, adding the agency “continues to unequivocally reject any claims or speculation to the contrary.”

There is little evidence in the historical record to suggest that an Army detachment lost a gold shipment in the Pennsylvania wilderness — possibly the result of an ambush by Confederate sympathizers — but the legend has inspired generations of treasure hunters, Parada among them.

He and his son spent years looking for the fabled gold of Dents Run, eventually guiding the FBI to a remote woodland site 135 miles (220 kilometers) northeast of Pittsburgh where they say their instruments identified a large quantity of metal. The FBI brought in a geophysical consulting firm whose sensitive equipment detected a 7- to 9-ton mass suggestive of gold.

Armed with a warrant, a team of FBI agents came in March 2018 to dig up the hillside. An FBI videographer was on hand to document it, at one point interviewing a Philadelphia-based agent on the FBI’s art-crime team who explained why the FBI was in the woods of one of Pennsylvania’s most sparsely populated counties.

“We’ve identified through our investigation a site that we believe has U.S. property, which includes a significant sum of base metal which is valuable … particularly gold, maybe silver,” the agent said on the video, his face blurred by the FBI to protect his privacy.

Calling it a “155-year-old cold case,” he said the FBI had corroborated Parada’s information about the location of the reputed gold through “scientific testing.” He stressed the test results did not prove the presence of gold. Only a dig would help law enforcement “get to the bottom of this story once and for all,” the agent said.

Parada obtained the video and other FBI records through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, hoping they would help answer lingering questions about what took place at Dents Run five years ago. Parada was mostly kept away from the dig site while the FBI did its work.
