An “independent” public inquiry into the Trudeau government’s decision to invoke the never-before-used Emergencies Act to quash a trucker’s protest in 2022 was deemed acceptable use of government force.

Justice Paul Rouleau ruled it was acceptable for Trudeau to use government police to quash the protests and force the workers to take their vaccines.

Justice Paul Rouleau, who released his 2,000-page final report on Friday, found Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government met the “very high threshold” for invoking the Emergencies Act after failures by police and politicians to address the protests.
Invoking the Emergencies Act is a “drastic move, but it is not a dictatorial one” Rouleau wrote.
“When the decision was made to invoke the (Emergencies Act) on February 14, (2022) … there existed a national emergency arising from threats to the security of Canada. That necessitated the taking of special temporary measures,” Rouleau told reporters in Ottawa Friday.
Rouleau added that he didn’t reach the decision lightly and did so “with reluctance,” and that reasonable people could come to a different conclusion based on the 36-days of testimony and thousands of documents submitted to the commission.

In September 2020, our auditors at OpenTheBooks filed a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) for the third-party royalty database at NIH. Since 2005, there had been no sunshine on the royalty database.
NIH ignored our request.
So, we partnered with Judicial Watch and filed a federal lawsuit.
Together, we forced NIH to produce 3,000 pages of third-party royalty transactions.
However, NIH continued to redact the NAME of the payor (think pharmaceutical company), the AMOUNT paid to the individual scientists, and the INVENTION (license/patent number).
U.S. Senator Rand Paul had Dr. Anthony Fauci in the hot-seat during hearings but couldn't crack the royalties open either.

The former president laid out the allegations against the Meta CEO on his Truth Social platform on Sunday while sharing an article about the controversial donation.
'He [Zuckerberg] cheated on the Election(s). The whole system is RIGGED. Why isn't he being prosecuted? The Democrats only know how to cheat. America isn't going to take it much longer!' he wrote.
He then went on to repeat his false claims that the 2020 vote was rigged against him and raised concerns it could happen again.
'Crooked Democrat Prosecutors, many of them Racists in Reverse, are trying to steal a second Presidential Election. They did it in 2020, and we're not going to let them do it again in 2024. MAGA!!!', Trump then wrote on his Truth Social platform.

Chinese Communist Party-Linked Company Funneled Over $1 Million To Biden Family Members, House Republicans Say

House Republicans pushed a memo Wednesday alleging an energy company linked to the Chinese Communist Party previously funneled more than $1 million in payments to at least three family members of President Joe Biden.
Investigations from the House Oversight Committee claim a recent subpoena of bank records from John Robinson Walker, a Biden family associate, and his company Robinson Walker, LLC used his business to transfer money from the Chinese State Energy HK Limited, a firm affiliated with CEFC China Energy, to Biden family members, including the Hunter Biden (son), James Biden (brother), Hallie Biden (daughter-in-law), and a fourth “unknown Biden” from 2015 to 2017.
According to the New York Post bombshell report on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, he and the president’s brother James earned at least $4.8 million from the CEFC China Energy between 2017 and 2018.
“The Committee is concerned about the national security implications of a President’s or Vice President’s immediate family members receiving millions of dollars from foreign nationals or companies without any oversight,” the memo reads from the office of committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY). “Current financial disclosure laws and regulations do not require non-dependent family members to provide any information to the public.”
Comer’s office published the memo amid the chairman making rounds in the media circuit, saying the new evidence of influence peddling runs deep into President Biden’s family tree.
“At the end of this, I think we’re gonna see there are probably six or seven Biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world,” Comer told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Wednesday night.
According to the memo, less than two months after then-Vice President Biden left office under the Obama administration in 2017, the Chinese state energy company wired $3 million to Robinson Walker, LLC. However, Walker’s business allegedly only had a balance of $159,000 at the time of the transfer.
Following the wire, the committee memo says Walker’s company transferred on March 1, 2017, $1,065,000 to European Energy and Infrastructure Group (EEIG) in Abu Dhabi, which is affiliated with James Gilliar, a business partner of Hunter Biden that has been previously involved in other foreign transactions dealing with the Biden family. Gilliar’s affiliated company allegedly received roughly the same $1,065,000 on March 2, 2017.
Less than a week later, Biden family members and their companies began receiving incremental payments over a period of approximately three months, the memo claims.
On November 5, 2015, the memo says that Walker’s LLC received nearly $180,000 from an unknown company with an overseas bank account. It adds that Walker transferred $59,900 from the business account to his personal checking account the next day, which went to a bank account for “Robert Biden” three days later.
Committee members say the new evidence involving Walker’s company and Biden family financial records raises concerns about the timing of the Chinese energy company wiring $3 million after Biden left office in 2017.
It is unclear if Biden family members provided services to the Chinese energy company, however, the questions of why an unknown holder for the “Biden” bank account received $70 million in payments or Hallie Biden received nearly $25,000 from the LLC while she worked as a school counselor remains.
Hallie Biden is the widow of the president’s late son Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer in 2015. She began dating Hunter Biden from around 2016 to 2019.
“The American people deserve transparency into the extent of the Biden family’s influence peddling, and we intend to deliver legislation that will preclude family members from capitalizing on their relatives’ public office,” the memo reads.
White House spokesman Ian Sams dismissed the committee’s findings as an “attack” on the president’s family members.

Identity Revealed of 'New' Biden Family Member Who Got Cash from China

Republican Rep. James Comer of Kentucky revealed on Thursday that President Joe Biden’s former daughter-in-law Hallie Biden received tens of thousands of dollars from a Chinese energy firm in 2017.
The chairman of the House Oversight Committee has been looking into the family’s business affairs since his party took a House majority in January.
In a conversation with The New York Post, Comer revealed that a previously anonymous Biden family member who received the payments is the wife of President Joe Biden’s late son Beau, who died in 2015.
Hallie was involved in a romantic relationship with Hunter Biden for several years after her husband’s death. She dated her husband’s brother from 2016 until 2019 — during a time when he is alleged to have raked in money for the family overseas.
During the time of the relationship, she was reportedly paid $35,000 in 2017 over the course of two transactions in relation to Chinese State Energy HK Limited, which is connected to CEFC China Energy.
The information was discovered after the committee used a subpoena to obtain the Biden family’s financial records.
The Post, citing information provided by Comer, reported Hallie was paid by Biden family business associate John “Rob” Walker.
Biden had dinner at Hallie’s home last Friday in Delaware, The Post reported.
CEFC China Energy is the same company Joe Biden is alleged to have received 10 percent from as “the big guy” in the Post’s initial reporting of potential influence peddling it first reported before the 2020 election.
In a news release Thursday, Comer outlined the House Oversight Committee’s findings about the latest in the Biden family’s scandalous business relationships in a memo.
“Notably, on March 1, 2017, less than two months after Vice President Joe Biden left public office, State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese company, wired $3 million to Rob Walker’s company. The next day, the company wired $1,065,000 to a company associated with James Gilliar, another Biden family associate,” the release stated.
“Afterwards, the Biden family received approximately $1,065,000 in payments over a three-month period in different bank accounts,” the statement continued. “From the bank records, it appears that the Biden family received approximately one-third of the money obtained from the China wire.”
While Hallie was reportedly the recipient of some cash from the deal, there is allegedly another mystery “Biden” who benefited from the family’s overseas business deals who is unidentified in bank records.
“Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown ‘Biden’ — and their companies collectively received $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to Rob Walker,” the committee’s statement said.
Comer said in the committee news release that its use of subpoenas had found the information about Hallie Biden after Democrats alleged nothing would be discovered but normal transactions.
“Democrats described our subpoena as providing nothing more than records for Papa John’s and Starbucks, but they failed to mention the records we’ve received documenting the Biden family’s business schemes,” the Republican said.
He concluded, “Most of this money came as a result of a wire from a Chinese energy company and went not only to Hunter and James Biden, but also to Hallie Biden and an unknown ‘Biden.’ It is unclear what services were provided to obtain this exorbitant amount of money.”
