It falls apart at every stage.  The Republican House has a lot to do in 2023.

They are terrified because they will all be exposed. There is a lot of criminal liability hiding in their ranks.

Yep. It will only work against them. It seems like they fail at just about everything they attempt to do.

And don't forget all the criminal liability that will come out in the Durham report in the not too distant future over the 2016 debacle too.

BOOM! Kash Patel: This Entire Raid on Mar-a-Lago Was to Prevent Disclosure of Declassified Russiagate Documents that Implicate FBI! (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
Published August 29, 2022 at 8:23pm

On Monday Kash Patel, the former chief of staff to the Acting United States Secretary of Defense under President Donald Trump, joined Tucker Carlson to discuss the recent raid on Mar-a-Lago and the release of the highly redacted affidavit to raid the former president’s home.

During the discussion Kash Patel told Tucker’s audience the real reason why the raid took place. It was to prevent the disclosure of unclassified Russiagate documents that implicated the FBI and DOJ in the garbage investigation of candidate and then President Trump.

The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to effectively steal the documents and prevent them from being released.

Kash Patel: As we’ve said from the beginning. We got out 60% of the documents from the Russiagate investigation. 40% remained. President Trump declassified those specific documents. And this entire raid on his house I believe was to prevent the disclosure, now that the government gangsters are back in charge, of their corrupt activities from Russiagate on down. Because now that they have an open FBI intelligence investigation they will shield any release of documents because they will say we have an open investigation. Congress has a lot of work to do and I’m glad whistleblowers are coming forward. They need to be doing so in droves.

This is exactly what The Gateway Pundit has been reporting since the raid took place earlier this month.

The raid involved Russiagate documents.

The FBI had a personal stake n the raid in confiscating the documents.

And we also reported that by confiscating the documents the FBI would prevent them from being released to the public. Joe Hoft mentioned this during his interview with Eric Bolling.

It should be clear at this point that the administrative state is now a criminal enterprise.

BREAKING: Attorney General Merrick Garland Threatens DOJ Employees About Contacting Congress – In the Current Environment He Appears to be Breaking the Law

By Joe Hoft
Published August 30, 2022 at 6:45pm

According to attorney Mike Davis, Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland just ordered that no members of the DOJ can contact Congress.  That’s against the law.

In a Twitter thread this evening, attorney Mike Davis shared that AG Merrick Garland ordered all members of his corrupt DOJ to not contact Congress.

Davis then provided a copy of the memo that was signed by Garland today.

Davis has been very straightforward in making it clear that President Trump did nothing wrong in the lead up to Mar-a-Lago.  Presidents have the right to declassify records and they also have the ultimate decision on what documents in their position are their property and which are the government’s property.  Any claims that President Trump did something wrong prior to the FBI’s unconstitutional raid on the President’s iconic home, Mar-a-Lago, are wrong.

It is more than coincidental that AG Garland sent out this message at the same time that President Trump and others are asking for the good guys in the DOJ (if there are any left) to stand up and share with Congress on the corrupt actions taking place in Biden’s corrupt DOJ.

If Garland’s memo is interpreted as ordering DOJ employees not to go to Congress with information on crimes taking place within the DOJ, then Garland broke the law.

The purpose of these laws is to allow Congress to perform its Constitutional functions.

Biden/Obama’s DOJ commits crimes and then commits more crimes to cover them up.

I’m not surprised. There had to be a different reason than the one they were giving.

No wonder Garland can’t answer simply questions by Congress. If he can’t his employees would break under questioning.
