Regardless, each and everyone involved in the raid warrant approval, those who carried out the actual raid, and those who went through each and everything they took from his house, (each and every one of them... not  just one or two) MUST be held responsible for  anything that gets leaked from the time of the raid forward through 2100!

FWIW,

We all know what this raid was really about.  Getting Trump out of the Presidential race.   However, Mr.  Trump should have learned from his four years in office.  These people will go to any lengths to disqualify him from the political theatre.   He should have left everything behind.  Except what without any question belonged to HIM.   Unfortunately, he did not learn anything from his term as President.   He walked into the trap again.  This entire episode does absolutely nothing except make Trump look bad and that is exactly what the Progressive's want.

That's what many liberals are saying, but he still has vindicating evidence which has been held from the public since 2019... he didn't walk into any trap... he expected it. And now... finally, the DOJ releases the truth...

Trump is fully aware of their tactics and is well prepared to handle what ever they throw at him.

Trump Vindicated as DOJ Releases Mueller Memo on Not Prosecuting Trump

JOEL B. POLLAK
24 Aug 2022

The Department of Justice (DOJ) released a 2019 memorandum Wednesday that explained that then-President Donald Trump should not be prosecuted for obstruction of justice because his statements about the Mueller investigation had a valid purpose.

The memo, prepared on the basis of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russia “collusion,” and sent to then-Attorney General William Barr, found that Trump’s attacks on the investigation were motivated by legitimate frustration.

Furthermore, the memo concluded that Trump could not be prosecuted for his statements about the investigation or criticisms of cooperating witnesses without intruding on the president’s authority to control the executive branch under the Constitution.

Politico reported Wednesday:

In the nine-page memo disclosed Wednesday, two of the most senior officials in the Justice Department advised then-Attorney General William Barr that Trump’s threats to fire Mueller and his various public and private outbursts against witnesses he viewed as hostile or unhelpful to him didn’t amount to the sort of case prosecutors would bring under their established standards.

“Having reviewed the Report in light of the governing legal principles, and the Principles of Federal Prosecution, we conclude that none of those instances would warrant a prosecution for obstruction of justice, without regard to the constitutional constraint on bringing such an action against a sitting president,” the assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel, Steven Engel, and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Edward O’Callaghan wrote in the March 24, 2019, memo.

 …
In the memo that triggered the disclosure fight, Engel and O’Callaghan concluded that Trump’s conduct primarily reflected a frustration with the Mueller probe and what he perceived to be the politics behind it, as well as news reports they said Trump genuinely believed were flawed. They also suggested that Trump’s exhortations to some of his top allies against “flipping” were meant to prevent them from delivering false testimony — not to conceal the truth.

Mueller had known early in the investigation that there was no evidence of any so-called Russia “collusion,” though he and the prosecutors working for him tried to build a case for charging the president with obstruction of justice in the investigation.

The memo was sought by left-leaning Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), who fought a years-long legal battle to obtain the memo, in the hope it would turn up evidence of some kind of coverup to protect Trump.

That suspicion was the basis for claims by Democrats that Trump had somehow “politicized” the DOJ: if the department would not release such documents, and would not call for Trump to be prosecuted, it therefore must have been “politicized.”

Why should he be denied memories and materials for future books?  They are even justifying taking his passports.

They were forced to release it.  This entire scenario has exposed them to the country for what they are willing to do.  It seems to be working in his favor and backfiring on the Democrats,

FWIW,

Honestly, I don't care of Trump runs again.  Would I vote for him if he ran?  Probably, but I am so tired of the let's get Trump BS it gets old.  Yet, the real traitors who fabricated the Russian Collusion hoax run free.

At this point, they want people to think like you do, so Trump won’t win.  They want you to be exhausted and uninterested.

However,

Oh, I agree with you 100%.  However, as I stated Trump would still get my vote.  Nevertheless, the Left has had decades to brain wash Americans.  It actually started after the  Civil War.  This attitude did not come about over night.  I wrote papers on this very topic in the sixties in college.   Some of us realized what Democrats were attempting a long time ago.  The Nixon mess expedited the process.  From the end of Watergate the Left knew they could control the media and the message.  Americans ignored all the signs.  We are in trouble.

Yes, we are but Americans are waking up. The drastic drop in test scores of children as a result of Covid isolation has shocked the nation.  That alone could change voting immediately starting this November.
