I posted a story under the 118th Congress investigations that some of the Jan 6th files surrounding Steve Bannon were missing. Many others were intact, but they're subpoenaing many more records and phone numbers to see if any of them tie to the Democrats...

And then... there's this:

“They Should Be Tried for Fraud and Treason” – President Trump on Jan 6 Committee Members Who Hid Video Exonerating Jan 6 Victims

By Joe Hoft
Mar. 8, 2023 9:00 pm

President Trump and the American people are livid with the actions taken by the corrupt House Jan 6 Committee now that more information is coming out that exonerates those arrested for Jan 6 crimes.

On Monday night Tucker Carlson reported that his team’s impression after they looked at thousands of hours of videos from Jan 6 that they were allowed to see was that most of the people at the Capitol that day were peaceful and even showed reverence for the Capitol.

This was uncovered on Monday when Tucker Carlson shared that the “Qanon Shamon” was peacefully being escorted around the Capitol during the Capitol protests and nine Capitol police were near him and did nothing.  He was not violent as the Democrats and the media shared.  This was all a lie.

Video footage used by the House Jan 6 Committee was doctored to make it look worse than it was.  This was an attempt to distort the truth and make things look worse than they were.  The Capitol protests were nothing compared to the BLM and Antifa riots of 2020 that killed numerous American and resulted in a billion in damages or more to US cities.

President Trump is calling for the Jan 6 Committee to be held accountable for their crimes.

In a message on Truth Social, President Trump shared the following:

GREAT JOB BY TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT. The Unselect Committee of political Hacks & Thugs has been totally discredited. They knowingly refused to show the Videos that mattered. They should be tried for Fraud and Treason, and those imprisoned and being persecuted should be exonerated and released, NOW!

President Trump is absolutely right.  The list of traitors in the US who worked together and with foreign entities to remove President Trump from office is large and growing.  They all need to be dealt with before this country can move ahead in freedom.

Elon Musk Tweets Out: “Free Jacob Chansley”

By Anthony Scott
Mar. 10, 2023 6:49 pm

CEO of Tesla and Twitter Elon Musk showed his support for January 6th prisoner Jacob Chansley also known as the Qanon Shaman.

In a tweet, Musk tweeted “Free Jacob Chansley.”

Musk’s comments were a quote tweet from a video The Gateway Pundit previously reported on which shows Jacob telling a crowd of Trump supporters to “obey our president” and “go home”.

LOOK:

Musk would then double up his comments by saying “Chansley got 4 years in prison for a non-violent, police-escorted tour!?”

The Twitter CEO would continue “Dave Chapelle was violently assaulted on stage by a guy with a knife. That guy got a $3000 fine & no prison time.”

Musk’s acknowledgment of the unjust imprisonment of Jacob Chansley is a huge victory to January 6th prisoners who have been for the most part ignored or demonized by people in high places as Musk.

That's true. Chapelle was assaulted. Kavenaugh was nearly killed. Lee Zellden was attacked with a sharp object.

It just goes to show how politically corrupt the Democrats have weaponized so many of our government organizations and how they very biasedly and unfairly punish the Republicans while letting themselves off Scott free.

Lenient rules for them... the most strict rules for others... good for thee, but not for me!

Top Democrat On J6 Committee: We Actually Didn’t Review Any Of The Surveillance Video

BY: TRISTAN JUSTICE
MARCH 09, 2023

After Fox News host Tucker Carlson aired Capitol surveillance footage this week exposing yet more falsehood from the House Select Committee on Jan. 6 and leaving Democrats and their media allies irate, the committee chair on Wednesday said the panel never actually analyzed the crucial footage.

On Monday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Fox News aired the footage of the riot on Jan. 6, 2021, undermining the select committee’s narrative of a “deadly insurrection.” Given access to the video by Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, Carlson’s team reviewed over 40,000 hours of footage, which offered proof the committee manipulated audio and video to dramatize the riot for its made-for-TV hearings in an election year.

But in a Wednesday night statement to CNN, select committee Chairman Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., claimed the panel never analyzed the blockbuster footage Fox News aired this week.

“I’m not actually aware of any member of the committee who had access,” Thompson said. “We had a team of employees who kind of went through the video.”

Hiring investigators who “kind of went through the video” doesn’t sound like a very thorough investigation.

However, Thompson’s admission that his committee lacked due diligence makes no sense. Since when do lawmakers have no access to the same material as their own staffers? Did none of the nine panel members view the footage that was played for the cameras? Does Thompson not know who had access to the tapes? Was it just the former television executives they hired to produce their show trials? Either Thompson is lying and knows exactly who had access, or he handed the key to Vice Chair Liz Cheney and had nothing to do with it while the committee leaked exclusives to CNN.

Thompson’s office did not immediately respond to The Federalist’s inquiries.

The committee clearly had access to the footage Carlson aired this week that contradicted the panel’s key narratives. After all, members of the committee endlessly bragged about how many documents, more than 35,000, investigators reviewed. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who used the committee to dodge responsibility for her own failure to secure the Capitol, just refused to make the tapes public — and after Carlson’s revelations, it’s clear why.

Carlson’s program showed that the man who became the face of the “insurrection,” known as the “QAnon Shaman,” was given VIP treatment by police. The tapes showed since-deceased Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick walking around “vigorously” after altercations with protesters who had allegedly murdered him. The footage also showed that mysterious rioter Ray Epps lied to congressional investigators about his whereabouts the day of the riot, yet the committee protected the “insurrectionist.”

On Monday, Carlson announced his team discovered proof that Democrats on Pelosi’s probe came across the same footage Fox made public.

“We can be sure because the footage contains an electronic bookmark that is still archived in the Capitol’s computer system,” said Carlson. “That means that investigators working for the Democratic Party saw this tape. They saw it, but they refused to release the tape to the public.”

Committee staffers even used some of the footage to show Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., allegedly fleeing the Capitol. All Carlson did was extend the footage a few seconds longer than what was televised in the committee’s show-trial hearings, and it became clear Hawley departed the Capitol along with other members of Congress. The clip published by the committee was always demonstrably dishonest.

U.S. Capitol officer ignored by Jan. 6 committee tells what really happened

Expected to testify about protesters, but never was called

By Bob Unruh
Published March 8, 2023 at 10:04am

The special, partisan committee set up by ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to review the events of Jan. 6, 2021, at the Capitol, when some people rioted and vandalized, ignored a number of key factors.

One that never was addressed was Pelosi's own culpability, as she refused President Trump's offer of National Guard troops to protect the building that day.

Another was Capitol Police officer Tarik Johnson, who now has told Fox News' Tucker Carlson what happened that day.

According to Fox, Johnson, a 22-year veteran, was assigned to secure the certification of the 2020 presidential election, that result that still has questions hovering over it.

"My voice is one of the first ones you hear on the audio transmission, so I did expect to get an interview (with the Jan. 6 committee) sometime, but it didn't happen," Johnson explained.

"I guess the focus was on Donald Trump."

The committee's report, indeed, focused heavily on President Trump in attempting to find ways to blame him for the events that day.

Fox reported, "Despite pleas for help on Jan. 6, Johnson said he did not hear anything, not even from Capitol Police chief assistant Yogananda Pittman, who allegedly kept vital information about the protests from him. The federal intel and law enforcement agencies knew about the warnings of a massive disturbance at the Capitol on Jan. 6, Carlson said, but the frontline officers on duty that day did not know."

Johnson told Carlson, "We should have been better prepared that day, and we could have been better prepared that day if the information was disseminated like it was supposed to be."

He said he asked for guidance, but got none.

Then his career took a downward turn, all because he was spotted inside the Capitol wearing a Make America Great Again hat.

Fox said, "Johnson, a Biden voter, said a Trump supporter placed the MAGA hat on his head. He decided to keep wearing it for self-preservation as he navigated the pro-Trump crowd outside. Johnson was put on an indefinite suspension for doing so and later resigned and lost his pension."

But he still wonders why the Jan. 6, full of Democrats and two Trump-hating members of the GOP and assigned to investigate that day, ignored him.

"I prayed almost daily that they would get to me," Johnson said. "I was never asked to testify… I was never asked by anybody connected to the January 6 Committee to testify. I asked myself why every day, and every day I might have a different answer. But, you know, pretty much they focused on Donald Trump and not the failures of the Capitol Police."

He told Carlson he believes some people were there, having planned violence, and some may have joined.

But mostly, he said, "I think that people wanted to support their president, they wanted to- some of those people wanted just to support him. And some of those people didn't commit violence and some of those people didn't plan on it."

Carlson this week has been releasing portions of thousands of hours of security video from the Capitol that day. He was given access by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

He also noted comments from Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., after the first round of clips appeared, showing often peaceful crowds in the Capitol, and officers even escorting one of the protesters into the Senate chamber.

That protester now has been sentenced to four years in jail for being there.

Carlson said, "You don't often see the Senate Majority leader openly call for censorship on the floor of the Senate as if that was totally normal and didn't contradict the spirit and the letter of the First Amendment. But of course it does. But what's really happening here? What you're seeing is – hysteria, the overstatement, the crazed hyperbole, the red-in-the-face anger – what is that? Well, it's outrage, of course. It's fear. It's panic."

He further explained, "Those video

Elon Musk: Jan. 6 prosecutions 'legally and morally' wrong

'They withheld evidence for partisan political reasons that sent people to prison'

By Bob Unruh
Published March 7, 2023 at 7:03pm

Twitter owner Elon Musk, who has faced serious headwinds from America's Democrats and other leftists for his efforts to build up the site as a platform for free speech, on Tuesday landed hard on those in Washington, leftists and Democrats, who pursued extreme charges against those caught up in the Jan. 6, 2021, events at the U.S. Capitol.

Some people rioted there, and vandalized the building.

But others were allowed into the building by security officers, and essentially acted like tourists, taking selfies and such.

That's confirmed in a series of video clips Tucker Carlson obtained, with the help of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, from Capitol security cameras.

His staff is reviewing some 40,000 hours of those films, and with the first release on Monday, Carlson confirmed that Democrats and others portraying the events as an "insurrection" had lied to America.

The Washington Examiner said Musk blasted Democrats for hiding evidence for "partisan political reasons."

Musk, responding to a comment about how ex-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's partisan January 6 committee "lied" about numerous events, said, "Besides misleading the public, they withheld evidence for partisan political reasons that sent people to prison for far more serious crimes than they committed."

He said, "That is deeply wrong, legally and morally."

The Washington Examiner explained Musk was responding to statements that criticized former Reps. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., and Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., and Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., for lying.

The Examiner reported "The newly released video footage comes after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy handed it over to Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Democrats had previously withheld its release, citing 'security concerns.'"

But the evidence, concealed by Democrats from Americans for more than two years, now is coming to light.

The report said, "In the footage, Jacob Chansley, the man known as the 'QAnon Shaman,' is shown being escorted around the Capitol to the Senate floor by Capitol Police. Carlson suggests the footage raises questions as to the possible complicity of some officers in the riot.":

Pelosi's committee, in its report, focused mostly on President Trump. It is considered that Democrats repeatedly have characterized the events as an "insurrection" because tarring Trump with that label could make him ineligible to run for office in 2024.

In fact, Pelosi's committee simply ignored several key factors in the Jan. 6 events, including Pelosi's own culpability for having rejected Trump's offer of additional National Guard troops to secure the Capitol that day.

Breitbart reported that Kinzinger, who now is employed by the leftist CNN, told his own network that Carlson was as "grifter."

Kinzinger claimed, "It’s disgusting. The sad thing is you’re going to have people that have only gotten their news on Fox News that are never going to have the opportunity to hear the truth. What Tucker Carlson employs here and employed it the entire time he’s been as a grifter TV show host because he knows better than this, by the way — he takes a cut scene and creates a straw man."

Kinzinger continued, "First off, on the opening there where he says, look, there is only like a handful of people here. I know one of those rooms, particularly Statuary Hall, was filled with people. There is tons of pictures of that. At some point leading up to or after, there are moments where there are only a few people in there. Secondarily, you look at like, okay, one of the things he said, Josh Hawley was running, and so was every other member of the Senate. Like, okay, yeah, because there was violence that day. He said Officer Sicknick didn’t die at the riots. He was walking around the end of the insurrection. Nobody ever claimed that Officer Sicknick died that moment. He died a day later."
