Ha. What about barking dogs. I’ve had to mute chats when my dogs made too much noise.

I guess duct tape around their muzzle would do?!?!?! (* SMIRK *)

Might hurt a little taking it off though!

No duct tape. They need to behave themselves.

Our dog used to bark at anybody who walked in front of our house and all cars that passed.

I broke her of that by grabbing her nose with my right hand to stifel her barking and lightly tapped the tip of her nose with the pointer finger of my left hand about 5 or 6 times. I did that for the postman, the meter maids (checking water, gas, electricity meters), the LP gas tank replacement crew, etc.

If you do that a couple of times, they tend to learn.

Also, when you tap the tip of their nose, tell them "NO" in a deep stern voice too!

We want watch dogs, so that would not work.
