I'm sorry... I don't follow this:

Okay, they weren't inspected by the federal government.
 
HOWEVER...

So, if they're not a federally inspected establishment, then why the recall because they don't bear the USDA mark and thus not required to be federally inspected?
 
Makes no sense to me.
