Although in California, the Governor recall petition has been approved for the ballot.  The Democrat leaders want Newsom to stay in power even though Democrats residents want him out.

It’s a 2/3 Democratic state, so blaming R’s for the recall is foolish.

They blame the Republicans for everything... even though it's their own darn fault!!! ALL THE TIME!

I didn’t want to get into National politics, but I will only say that Newsom’s most public supporter is Nancy Pelosi.  I can’t help but think that will backfire somehow over that restaurant bill. People were appalled by his spending more on one dinner than a lot of people make in one year.

His recall has been in the works for quite some time... the restaurant dinner is just the icing on the cake.

Brown ran California into the ground and Newsom is just following in his footsteps... but quite bad at it!

LOL... Reagan turned the state into the black with no outstanding debit.

Brown just kept increasing the red year after year after year... perhaps Brown was better than Newsom, but Brown wasn't really good at all!

) Way too expensive for such limited feaatures
) Too far to travel to attend - it would require several days, and that means all sorts of logistics to be sure the animals are fed and watered.
) I have other issues with the business practices of Disney going back for decades, to where I refuse to spend any of my hard-earned dollars.
) Six Flags over Texas is only 350 miles away, compared to well over 1,500 and 1,800 miles to either Disney theme park, and I haven't been to Six Flags in about 35 years.
) and I haven't really made any more plans to do any more traveling these days for other things, either. Too many things that I have to tend here to be away for more than about 48 hours.

Big crowds, really long lines, insufficient restrooms, etc. - another reason to stay away, even pre-pandemic.

As I get older I get far less tolerant of needless long lines and silly stuff like that, and tend to avoid patronizing such places.

Just nope. That article just helps reinforce my aversion to such situations and places.
