Putting on my tin foil conspiracy theory hat, I could speculate that he really has already retired from public life and they have a body double for public appearance, and a huge artificial intelligence system to do deepfake videos for anything else needed. And of course one you have a signature digitized, you can program a 5 axis robotic manipulator arm to make the pen strokes at a perfectly replicated pen to paper angle with varying pressure levels.

That technology can make perfect forgeries if you have motion captured the person's signature being made by the real person. But you can also analyze an original signature made by the real person using 3D analysis, much the way a painting can be analyzed to detect forgeries, and then use that to infer the pen stroke pressure, angles, and directionality.

Since each signature by a person differs slightly from one signing to another, one can repeat the digitizing process of various signatures over time. For example, if you can scan checks they have signed, you can determine which elements of the signature that changes the most from instance to instance.

Call a random number generator with some parameter constraints, straight from an open source C or C++ function library with your forgery code to apply offsets to an "average" signature specimen, so each signature is within the parameters of the person's normal, so you could generate signatures by the thousands or tens of thousands, and a handwriting analyst would conclude they were genuine.

Imagine Steve Martin's character signing those thousands and thousands of checks for a dollar and change in the movie "The Jerk", and how all of them are essentially the same but all are unique, subject to hand micro-tremors and muscle fatigue, factors that can be built into the forgery algorithm.

Now if you build a human-like android that looks just like Biden, seat it in the Oval Office or the Rose Garden for bill signing ceremonies, with that algorithm programmed into the arm and hand actuation software, and you could keep him "alive" for 8 years after the real Biden has been dead and kept preserved by modern techniques unavailable to those who preserved Lenin to lie in state for generations.

Finally, after his robotic stand-in leaves office, they could announce his death after a convenient interval and do the state funeral and flags at half staff and all that stuff, while Kamala Harris serves 2 terms officially, but effectively serves longer than Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Thus with modern digital smoke and mirrors, they could give Kamala essentially 4 full terms, the first 2 quietly behind the scenes giving the orders to the robotic avatar.

Not that far-fetched. After all, they make sex robots that successfully crossed the uncanny valley of creepiness for the well heeled incels (both male and female), some of which are networked with teledildonics to replicate the movements of a lover halfway around the world (or an algorithm pretending to be the same - a whole new kind of squick factor to the modern world).

Thinking along that line of robots indistinguishable from people from a distance of a few feet, here's probably more than a few impatient drivers in horribly traffic congested cities that dress their dolls and put them in the passenger seat, programmed to fiddle with a cell phone and occasionally make eye contact with other drivers and passengers in the High Occupancy Vehicle car pool lanes, that have not been caught yet.

A little more creative programming could have one capable of fooling even law enforcement in a traffic stop right up until identification was demanded.

That's what we're shown, but is it really him?

Or is it advanced AI technology which has been video recording him for the past year saying all sorts of things while he was more "in his own senses" era?

With 80 or 100 hours of recording, using AI technology, one can recreate his voice and lip/eye/nose, etc. movements and mimic him to make it look like he's saying something he never said before.

It would be really hard to prove otherwise.

Tell tale signs of that technology being used are... is his full body shown or just what you can see from above the podium with only his upper torso and face?

Are there any people walking behind him during his speech or can anybody be seen sitting next to him on the stage?

Are there panned pictures showing both him and other people in the audience during his speech or is it just a frontal of him?

If he were recorded with a lime green screen behind him, they can pre-program any background they want to make it look like he's always in a different place, but it would be hard to tell for the normal eye. Even advanced electronic analysis is becoming more and more difficult to discover fakes.

As for the G7 summit... was that really him or was that his look a like?

Remember all the Mission Impossible and other movies where somebody wears a mask that looks just like the real thing? Well, it's not just in Hollywood... it's real... and with the right timing... who knows for sure?

I guess you would have to have an AI comparison of him walking in front of a lot of people... (i.e. like walking up to the bottom of the stairs just before he stumbled going up the stairs to Air Force One) and compare his stride with the pictures they show from the G7 meeting.

Each person has unique walking strides which can be detected by cameras. Police have been using them to discover a criminal who walks into a building with one set of clothing, changes inside the building, puts on a wig/toupee and then walks out with entirely different clothing. Their walking strides/gate is a dead giveaway.

That's why I ask if you had seen actual pictures with not only his staff around him, but ordinary people listening to his speech... and I don't mean a video of Biden and then the picture flips to a picture of those supposedly in front of him. That's why I specifically said a panned angle which showed him and others (non-staff) sitting down or standing up listening to his speech!

All I have to go on is if all the liberal news media all stand up and call this a conspiracy theory... then it's real!!! They always lie to tell the truth and they all report the exact same thing to amplify their stance to amplify their stance to amplify their stance to amplify their stance to amplify their stance to amplify their stance!

Trump-Russia Collusion WAS conspiracy theory, but all the liberal news media including Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler and many other Democrats all stood up their saying they had undeniable proof that Trump was colluding with Russia and that it's NOT conspiracy theory. But in the end... it ended up being fake news conspiracy theory!

And now... when the exact opposite occurs, they claim the other party's stance is conspiracy theory. So give it another few years and we'll finally learn the truth. You cannot believe anything these days, but deep fakes ARE REAL AND POSSIBLE!

Whether Biden's appearances are deep fakes or not... hmmmm... but it would explain him not stumbling over his own words!!!
