I'd have gotten a picture of it during the Snowmageddon that started on Feb 15th and ran until Feb 19th. the panels were covered in nearly a foot of snow and it didn't really melt until maybe feb 22 or 23

LOL... so not only are the panels facing north, but also in snow country with close to a foot of snow on top of them for several months! (* ROFLMAO *)

Normally it's a desert here. We only got about 6 days of snow, then it all melted within about 3 days of warming. the solar panels I think had most of it slough off when it stayed above freezing for a few hours.

But, even here in July, they get maybe 4 hours of sunlight at a very shallow angle to panels oriented that way.

And by late August, the sun is where it never hits them directly.

Bad construction which gives bad solar panel energy creation.

Depending on how they were mounted and how much it would cost to face them South... it may or may not be worth the cost.

But it's stupid to erect them facing North in the first place. Didn't the owners say anything?

I remember that unexpected snow storm.

I don't know who lives there - it's just a random house on the way to and from work.

It wouldn't surprise me if they had no idea. I've seen plenty of evidence where people are incredibly clueless about how their infrastructure works.

And the lawsuits keep on hitting the electric reliability board and similar outfits about as fast as bird crap on cars parked beneath the power lines when all the grackles roost at the mall.

It's mind boggling to say the least that we have so many stupid people living among us these days.

In the not too distant future, we need to change the thinking about "wearing the stupid sign" to "wearing the I'm not stupid sign" once the stupids become the majority! (* GULP *)

Brawndo. It's got electrolytes!

One of the few movies made since 2000 that I have seen. "Idiocracy".

Were people seriously harmed by the outages?
