Sounds like a fairly good explanation.
But the part where he says >>>The only way to stop it, says McWhorter, is to push back.<<< may not be as easy as it sounds. When you push back... they come in large numbers attempting to dox you, to cancel you, God forbid if they ever find out where you work because they will defame you to your company and bad mouth your company so bad that your company will have no choice but you let you go to get them to let up.
Bad as it may seem... it's starting to look like a mob rules world.
There is no "you better do as they say"... it's more like "if you don't do as they say your life will be destroyed".
Sort of reminds me of the the collective minds of the Borg... resistance is futile!
