Alaskans for Honest Elections Now Collecting Signatures to Rid State of Ranked-Choice Voting

By Jim Hoft
Feb. 1, 2023 11:30 am

Democrat Rep. Mary Peltola “won” reelection in Alaska to a full term in the House in November after she defeated Sarah Palin in a special election to replace Rep. Don Young back in August.

Peltola was the FIRST DEMOCRAT to win the House seat in solid red Alaska in 50 Years! And she was only able to win the seat in the deep red state because of the conspiracy known as ranked-choice voting.

Ranked-choice voting and mail-in ballots were implemented in Alaska by referendum in 2020.

Peltola, a far left Democrat, was announced the winner in the state in late November. Alaska is a 60-40 Republican state. Again, only a gimic like ranked-choice voting could accomplish this in deep red Alaska. So today the only congressional representative from Alaska is a far left Democrat. Watch what Democrats do to this state in the coming years! You ain’t seen nothing yet.

Mitch McConnell endorsed Lisa Murkowski supported the rankend choice voting in the state. In fact, Murkowski endorsed far left Peltola over Sarah Palin.

This is how Democrats steal seats. And Republicans let them.

Alaskans for Honest Elections is now collecting signatures that will rid of the state’s ranked-choice voting and non-partisan primaries in the state.

Alaska Lt. Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom has certified the application for a petition in January.

Please contact Alaskans for Honest Elections if you can help in this effort.

Rank choice was sold to Alaska by outsiders as a means to control dark money. Outsiders put more of their money than ever before in our elections. It did not work! Most of their funding came from out of Alaska. Rank Choice voting has proven to discourage voter turnout. This past election had the lowest turn out since 2010. It is so complicated that 1000’s did not vote. Some voters, votes are counted 2 or 3 times. Not fair! It should be 1 person 1 vote. This is not a partisan issue. Rank Choice voting affected everyone. In at least 1 race the Democrat received less that 15% of the vote. Rank Choice creates division and bitterness.

Alaska’s Ranked-Choice Voting Scheme Was A Plot To Save Murkowski, But It Also Doomed Palin

BY: TRISTAN JUSTICE
SEPTEMBER 09, 2022

In order to avoid a Republican primary, Murkowski operatives orchestrated a takeover of state election laws.

Election officials called Alaska’s special election House race for Democrat Mary Peltola over 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin last week. Peltola’s victory, despite nearly 60 percent of votes cast for a Republican on all first-choice ballots, will mark the first time since 1973 that a Democrat will represent the state in the lower chamber.

Whether the August contest was Palin’s race or Republican Nick Begich’s race to lose is an open question. Whether the Republicans’ loss was a consequence of Alaska’s new ranked-choice voting system, however, is no doubt, and GOP Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski is the one to blame.

Murkowski’s Plot to Avoid a Primary

In 2010, Sen. Murkowski captured re-election through a triumphant write-in campaign after losing the Republican primary to a former federal magistrate who was backed by Palin. Murkowski comfortably won a third full term in 2016 but continued to antagonize the state’s Republican base with votes to oppose restrictions on abortion, preserve Obamacare, and convict President Donald Trump in his second impeachment. Murkowski also voted “present” in the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and she upset constituents when last year she served as the tie-breaker to move forward the nomination of Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, who has shut down state development projects.

In other words, Murkowski did not strive to win over Republicans in a state that went for Trump by 10 points in 2020. To save her seat, Murkowski operatives devised a plan to avoid a primary by radically transforming the state’s election system. The answer became ranked-choice voting, a ballot system to rig elections in favor of the incumbent.

Under the ranked-choice ballot system, the traditional partisan primary is replaced by an open-party contest where the top four candidates advance to the general election. Voters then “rank” their preferred candidates in the ensuing race. If none receives a majority, or more than 50 percent of the first-choice ballots cast, the votes are tabulated again and the lowest scoring candidate is eliminated. The losing candidate’s ballots then count toward their second-choice pick, and the process is repeated until a candidate reaches more than 50 percent of the vote.

In August, the investigative group Project Veritas published tapes of Murkowski operatives bragging about fundamentally changing the state’s electoral system to keep Murkowski in power. Democrats, they theorized, would rank Murkowski as their number two preference, giving the incumbent senator the upper hand when the Democrat candidate is eliminated as the lowest vote-getter in a three-way race. This year the contest is between Murkowski, main Republican challenger Kelly Tshibaka, and Democrat Patricia Chesbro. In 2020, Alaska voters narrowly approved the state’s new voting system after a successful campaign from Murkowski operatives put the plan before residents as Ballot Measure 2.

“While we were working on Ballot Measure 2 and voting for Ballot Measure 2, we had Sen. Murkowski in mind the whole time,” said Emma Ashlock, a Murkowski campaign coordinator, on camera. “Every single Pat Chesbro voter who ranks Senator Murkowski second, we get their votes.”

Shea Siegert, now the communications director for Murkowski’s re-election campaign, was previously the campaign manager for the group pushing Ballot Measure 2.

In the Alaska House race, Peltola won the seat with nearly 52 percent of the final vote to Palin’s 48.

Dark Money Provisions Were a Distraction

Ballot Measure 2 was sold to Alaskans as an effort to impose greater transparency in state elections by requiring more information to be public about the source of campaign finances. The package eliminated “dark money” from elections, merged the state’s partisan primaries into one contest, and implemented ranked-choice voting for the general all rolled into one.

In an op-ed for the Anchorage Daily News, one of Alaska’s largest newspapers, local activist and Ballot Measure 2 supporter Kiera O’Brien wrote that the proposal would “make three critical reinforcements to our electio

TGP INTERVIEW: Captain Seth Keshel Discusses the 2020 Election Anomalies Ignored by the Media and GOPe – And What MUST TAKE PLACE to Save Democratic Elections in America

By Jim Hoft
Feb. 10, 2023 10:00 am

Retired Army intelligence captain, elections data expert, and former baseball analyst Capt. Seth Keshel released numerous reports on the election irregularities and impossible results following the 2020 election.

Seth Keshel examined the final vote counts in all 50 states compared to the estimated numbers based on changing state dynamics and trends to come up with his estimated voter fraud in each state.

Captain Keshel believes the country witnessed a stolen election in 2020.  What Keshel did was analyze the historical trends in population and party affiliation.  According to his previous reporting, he believes there were in excess of 8.1 million votes for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Seth Keshel’s work was so impressive that President Trump gave him a shout-out following the release of his election analysis.

On Thursday, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft interviewed Captain Seth Keshel. We discussed his 2020 election reporting.  Then Seth gave us a list of 10 items he calls “Four for the Election Integrity Core” that must take place to save our American elections.

ERIC Empty: Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen Visits ERIC Headquarters in Washington DC – But Nobody was There, There Were No Servers, There Were No Computers, There Were No Employees

By Jim Hoft
Feb. 25, 2023 7:30 am

After he won his election, Alabama’s new Secretary of State, Wes Allen, withdrew the state from the ERIC voter registration system.

The Gateway Pundit commends Mr. Allen for keeping his campaign promise to protect elections and secure the personal information of Alabama residents.

However, Mr. Allen was not done with ERIC. He was in the Washington D.C. area last week for the 2023 NASS Winter Conference. It’s the annual meeting for all Secretary of States. In a brilliant move, he decided to visit the published address for ERIC’s headquarters. That address is 1201 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste 600, Washington, DC 20036.

Allen said, “Since I was in town, I went to see the ERIC Headquarters. What I found was that there was no ERIC headquarters at that address. There were no employees. There were no servers. There was no ERIC presence of any kind. Instead. I found a virtual office that is rentable by the day. What it was missing was people, servers and any sign of the ERIC team.”

This 12 story location, known as the Longfellow Building, is partly operated by a company called Expansive. They offer virtual workspaces across the country and rent space by the day. Other companies offer this same exact 6th floor Suite 600 address for rent too. In fact, the Global Innovation Fund, Dezenhall Resources, Grassroots Plus, and other businesses have the exact same address, including the same suite number, as ERIC’s headquarters.

Posted on the Alabama SOS website, Allen explains his ERIC visit,

SOS Wes Allen:  “Before I took office, Alabama transmitted the personal information of millions of our citizens to this private organization for the past several years. That information is stored on a server somewhere but we do not know where. There is no ERIC operation at the location they claim is their office. A lot of personal data and taxpayer money has been transferred to ERIC. Where is that data? Where are the employees? Where are the offices? Where are the computers?”

As previously reported by GP, ERIC has 3 employees that operate as remote staff. The Executive Director, Shane Hamlin, resides in Washington State. He has been unwilling to disclose where the data resides, not even the city. Ericka Haas is the Systems Engineer from the onset and resides in Oregon. GP reported on Sarah Whitt, their “Systems and Data Specialist”, hired in 2019. She resides in Wisconsin. Although her title indicates a “Specialist”, she previously worked for the State of WI managing their voter rolls for over a decade. You could say she “specialized” in creating the worst, most easily corrupted voter rolls in the country, containing 3.4 million ineligible voters. Now you know why ERIC hired her.

We expect big things from Mr. Allen, including transparency about organizations like NASS. Controlled by leftists, NASS has been influencing the Secretary’s of State and our election policies across America for a long time. In fact, the newly elected SOS’s were provided a “new member orientation” last week to learn about NASS. Of course Microsoft hosted and sponsored the reception afterwards. NASS has a long list of 58 corporations who are involved in swaying election officials and policies.

David Becker was the founder of ERIC while employed at Pew Charitable Trust. He then founded his own non-profit called CEIR to service Democrats with elections. Oddly, he retained a seat on the ERIC board. His bias and no-holds barred Democrat activism is part of the reason our elections have become so untrustworthy.

The former Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill said they were working on removing David Becker from the ERIC board, expecting this to happen in 2023. Why the delay? This June 2022 report showing Becker obtained ERIC data for his own non-profit, to help Democrats, was still not enough to get him canned. Why?

Becker has been the guy behind the scenes pulling the strings at ERIC. He’s why this tiny non-profit always has leftists in control, unwilling to police itself, or provide any transparency. Becker conducts most every ERIC media interview and is first to counter the negative image of ERIC using his press contacts. Although the Executive Director is Shane Hamlin, he’s just a figurehead. Hamlin was just a kid some 13 years ago when recruited to work on Pew Charitable Trust’s “Voter Modernization Project”, which was ERIC. He’s been under Becker’s thumb ever since. Don’t feel sorry for Hamlin. He aligned himself with a known scumbag, even back then.

They must make those changes. If Democratic Party principles are as popular as they claim they are, they will win in honest elections.

Showtalk said...

That’s shocking.

So was Trump's collusion with Russia.

And Trump's quid pro quo with Ukraine.

And Trump's incitement to overthrow the 2020 elections.

And... well, I think you know where this is going...

Everything the Democrats have done since at least 2015 are totally shocking.

So why is this any different?

Same dirty players, same dirty game...
