From what I heard, it was already introduced as evidence. 2 days before the incident, he's driving his car down that street where they were to stage the actual incident and went past it 3 or 4 times... on video with the two brothers in the car with him.

Not only is it evidence but I bet the jury has already heard about the case and the facts. It would be hard to find 12 people who haven’t.

Yep. Explaining away clear video evidence is very hard to do - nigh well impossible.

That is the whole case. Funny. Ironically he did this to get more money and he may be required to pay restitution to the city. He hasn’t worked on screen since this happened and may never work again.
Their family rose up in acting and worked all the time for years. His sister Jurnee has no credits in 2021 and is working on two minor projects to released in then next year or two. There are 6 siblings and all have acted as children.
