The Many Lies the US Government Told About Roger Stone When They Accused Him of Lying to Congress

By Joe Hoft

THE MYTH OF RUSSIAN COLLUSION- IT’S A FUGAZI !

Guest post by Roger Stone

With my improbable return to Twitter two weeks ago, I have been able to see firsthand the extraordinary damage done by four years of FBI-led, aggressive Internet censorship, and legacy media fakery. I was banned for life from Twitter in 2017, making me a pioneer in the platform’s censorship efforts recently exposed by new Twitter owner Elon Musk. I had 980,000 followers at the time I was banned. I thank Jesus Christ who I prayed to for reinstatement and Elon Musk for my restoration to the platform. If you are on Twitter you can follow me at @RogerJStoneJr. Of course, I am still on Truth Social at @RealRogerStone. I was happy to see the Gateway Pundit restored to Twitter as well.

While the prayers, response, and support I have received on Twitter since my reinstatement have been heartening, the number of Twitter trolls who accuse me of being a “Russian traitor” is significant. This is the direct result of the fact that I was unable to defend myself on social media, due to a constitutionally, questionable gag order imposed upon me by a federal judge, and by the warped coverage of the Soviet-style show trial, I was subjected to simply because I refused to testify falsely against Donald Trump. It’s also the result of a vicious Democrat/media cabal effort to distort the facts. These trolls always parrot the lies of corrupt biased media, unchallenged on censored social media sites like Twitter and Facebook as well as by Google. That’s a fugazi [messed up, broken, damaged beyond repair], as we used to say in New York.

Here are the facts:

Anyone who actually followed my trial would know the federal prosecutors provided no evidence whatsoever of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign at my trial. In fact, in pretrial motions, the government moved that they did not have to prove that there was any Russian collusion with the Trump campaign, or that the Democratic National Committee had, in fact, been the target of an online hack with the purloined data going to WikiLeaks in order to convict me.  The Judge granted their motion.

Those who actually followed my legal lynching in a DC Courtroom would also know the Judge denied my defense attorney a sealed report from the private company Crowdstike, retained by the DNC, that supposedly contained proof of this Russian hack. Only when the sworn testimony of Crowdstrike Head Shaun Henry ( conveniently a former deputy to Robert Mueller at the FBI) was declassified and released did we learn that Crowstrike had no proof whatsoever that the Russians conducted an online hack of the DNC. It was in my trial that the DOJ admitted that, for some strange reason, the FBI never inspected the DNC computer servers to detect whether there was an online hack. Given their role in directing the silencing of pro-Trump voices on Twitter we now see why.

I was convicted of “lying to congress” in my voluntary testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, despite the lack of any motive on my part to lie. There was no Russian collusion, or WikiLeaks collaboration to lie about. In fact, no misstatement that I made under oath was material or hid any underlying crime, never mind Russian collusion. The prosecutors provided no proof that I was a go-between for Wikileaks and the Trump campaign as the fake news media had more than speculated about or that I had any involvement in the timing of the devastating Wikileaks disclosures that rocked Hillary Clinton back on her heels. The idea that I was “covering up for Donald Trump ” as the Judge said in her sentencing tirade against me is false. There was nothing to cover up.

Even the much-hyped claim that my innocuous Twitter Direct Message exchange with the persona of Guccifer 2.0 who then CIA Director John Brennan and then FBI Director James Comey insist is a Russian intelligence asset, is flawed. The 28-word exchange itself is innocuous, it took place three months after WikiLeaks had already published the DNC material meaning my involvement would have been chronologically impossible and the insistence that Guccifer 2.0  is in fact, a Russian spy is contradicted by substantial evidence that he is a US intelligence created operative.

Even if he was a Russian hacker, my limited exchange with him provides no evidence that we coordinated or colluded in any way. I myself fully released our Twitter DM exchange, and I voluntarily turned it over to the House Intelligence Committee when I testified. It proves nothing. Nonetheless, when I was pardoned, Mueller attacked me i

It's just another déjà vu instance (yet again) of the DNC in collusion with the FBI, DOJ and the DC Courts to falsely frame a Trump supporter over misinformation the DNC paid to have created!

But nobody has been held accountable thus far!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department is concealing 400 pages of 'sensitive documents' laying bare payoffs and gifts to Hunter and Jim Biden from China, Russia and Ukraine - after acknowledging the records exist - lawyer claims in suit

Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans sued the Department of Justice in March after it failed to comply with his request for records on the Bidens' business dealings
Evans asked for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
He requested information regarding 'any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form' between Bidens and China, Russia or Ukraine
He said government lawyers first admitted in court to having at least 400 pages of 'potentially relevant' documents
Evans claims the DoJ are now trying to get away with saying they can 'neither confirm nor deny' the existence of any records that match his request

The Department of Justice is trying to prevent disclosure of 400 pages of sensitive documents on Hunter and Jim Biden's dealings with China, Russia and Ukraine – by pretending they don't exist.

Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans sued the department in March after it failed to comply with his request for records on the Bidens' dealings under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Evans, a FOIA expert, asked for documents pertaining to 'any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form' between the president's son Hunter or brother Jim, and China, Russia or Ukraine.

He said government lawyers first admitted in court to having at least 400 pages of 'potentially relevant' documents – but are now trying to get away with saying they can 'neither confirm nor deny' the existence of any records that match his request.

A Justice Department prosecutor, David Weiss, is currently considering a criminal case against Hunter with potential allegations of money laundering, illegal foreign lobbying and tax crimes in relation to the First Son's overseas business dealings.

The 400 pages are not the only cache of Biden records being sought from the government.

The National Archives and Records Administration is preparing to release hundreds of Obama White House internal documents containing information about Hunter's relationship with controversial Ukrainian gas company Burisma, Business Insider reported this month.

Joe Biden was vice president at the time, with responsibility for relations with Ukraine. His son was serving on the board of Burisma, getting paid $83,000 per month.

Biden's administration is able to veto the release, but must decide by February whether to invoke executive privilege to keep them hidden until 2029.

The records date back to 2014 and include 69 images and 260 email messages mentioning Burisma.

Evans' case has its next hearing in January.

The Greenwood Village, Colorado-based lawyer said he filed his FOIA request in November 2020 after reading about the Bidens' overseas business dealings, and the Justice Department strung him along for almost two years before he eventually sued them.

'They eventually produced about 60 pages of documents, but they're all letters from senators and congressmen asking about Hunter, and letters from DoJ back,' he said.

'Then towards the end of last year they said, ''well we have these 400 pages of potentially responsive documents, we need to review them.''

'In March I filed suit, and before Magistrate Judge Michael Hegarty they made the same representation: they've done a thorough search, they've uncovered 400 potentially responsive documents.'

HUGE: Matt Gaetz Reveals Republicans Will Release the 14,000 Hours of J6 Tapes That Have Been Hidden (VIDEO)

By Cullen Linebarger
Published January 10, 2023 at 3:40pm

Looks like we will finally get the full story on what really happened on January 6th. Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) told Charlie Kirk today on Kirk’s radio show that the new Republican Congress will unveil the hidden J6 tapes.

Gaetz told Charlie Kirk that releasing the tapes “would give more full context to that day rather than the cherry-picked moments of the January 6th committee.”  He further explained this is one example of the deal made with Kevin McCarthy to provide the American people the truth rather than the lies propagated by the Biden Regime.

VIDEO:

Here is the relevant part of their conversation:

Kirk: One of my favorite members of Congress is Thomas Massie and the fact that he is going to be on this new committee (the Church Committee) really gives me hope.

Matt, do you anticipate allowing the dogs to be released if you will against this fourth branch of government (the Deep State).

Gaetz: Kevin McCarthy told us he is going to get the evidence out in front of the American people and that means releasing the 14,000 hours of tapes that have been hidden that I think would give more full context to that day (January 6th) rather than the cherry-picked moments the January 6th committee tried to use to inflame and further divide out country.

So yes, I do believe that part of this deal is a concession that we are going to get the truth out in front of the American people.

Should Congress actually follow through and release the tapes, this will serve as the first step toward getting justice for the January 6th prisoners. The Gateway Pundit has provided numerous accounts of the horrifying conditions the Regime has placed them in.

TGP owner Jim Hoft has been particularly outspoken over the treatment of the Regime’s political prisoners and has attended protests speaking on their behalf. TGP writer Cara Castronuova has also broken numerous critical stories on the prisoners’ suffering.

The deal made between McCarthy and the conservative rebels continues to look better as the days go by. We have patriots like Matt Gaetz to thank for this.

Jan 6 Report Hides Any Mention of Pipe Bomber Who Was Cause of Shutting Down Congress That Day

By Joe Hoft
Published December 24, 2022 at 1:00pm

On January 6, 2021, Congress was shut down due to concerns with bombs left behind by a pipe bomber.   This bomber is barely mentioned in the Jan 6 Report.

We learned from the Jan 6 committee that there was a pipe bomber who left pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC.  These bombs were discovered around 1:00 pm according to the final Jan 6 report.  This was mentioned in the Appendix to the report.

Julie Kelly noted that the pipe bomb was barely mentioned in the report (only 5 times).  The FBI Head, Steven D’Antuono, the Head of the Washington Field Office who was in charge of the pipe bomb investigation, was not interviewed by the Jan 6 gang of corrupt politicians.

What apparently is also missing from the report is that the FBI misled the American people about the pipe bombs.  These bombs were placed at the RNC and DNC on Jan 5th, the day before the protests of the 2020 Election in Washington DC.

We also learned that the US Capitol was shut down on Jan 6 because of the pipe bombs.  This too was withheld from the American people.  The story was that the Capitol was shut down due to the riot outside the Capitol.  The many politicians who ignored the 2020 Election steal claimed that Trump supporters were the cause of Congress being shut down.  This was not true.

The corrupt and unconstitutional Jan 6 Committee ends where it began – hiding behind lies and crimes while projecting its actions on the good people of this nation.

Congressman plans to stop U.S. scheme of holding 'political' prisoners

'Greatest threat to our republic is our own government which grossly abuses its power'

By WND Staff
Published December 26, 2022 at 3:28pm

Hundreds of Americans have been held in jail for months, even years, not because they are accused of some extreme crime, but because they protested the integrity of the 2020 presidential election, likely trespassed, and ultimately offended the Democrats whose candidate then moved into the White House.

There have been many horror stories from those Jan. 6, "political" prisoners, from their detention in horrific conditions, to officials depriving them of ordinary rights to counsel, to apparently coerced plea bargains.

But now, according to a report from the Epoch Times, there could be coming an end to that.

The report explains retiring U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, a Republican from Texas, has proposed a bill to address the detention, treatment and prosecution of defendants from the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol.

It's called the Matthew Lawrence Perna Act and it's named after the man from Pennsylvania who was arrested for being in the Capitol building during those protests.

WND is now on Trump's Truth Social! Follow us @WNDNews

The report confirmed, "The bill, if passed, would prohibit the detention of political activists arrested during the course of a protest for non-violent crimes. The bill would also allow for speedy trials for detainees arrested for non-violent crimes during a political protest, among other provisions."

The report noted that after a year of the federal government delaying his case, Perna pleaded guilty and then, facing enhanced charges and harsher sentencing, he killed himself.

Gohmert said, "The Biden administration and the FBI would like to have the public believe that Trump supporters pose the greatest threat to our democracy. However, the greatest threat to our Republic is our own government which grossly abuses its power, uses tools for spying on foreign threats to spy on its citizens, and now holds political prisoners."

The report noted that Gohmert developed language for the bill that protects "nonviolent political protesters" regardless of the issue at hand, or their political affiliation.

The congressman also was helped by Geri Perna, Matthew Perna's aunt, who first worked as her nephew's advocate and then later, after his death, signed on with Gohmert's plan.

She told the Epoch Times in an interview, "From the beginning, Rep. Gohmert has been vocal and hardworking—he has been the loudest and hardest working—in raising the issue of the unjust political prosecution of Matthew, and others protested peacefully and nonviolently on that day."

The bill also addresses "malicious prosecution" and reins in claims by prosecutors that all those cases have "national security" implications.

Just before his death, Perna took a call from his lawyer and learned prosecutors were delaying his sentencing and adding a charge of terrorism so that he could serve years in prison, just for entering the building.

JUST IN: Another Twitter Files Drop: How Pfizer Board Member Scott Gottlieb Used Twitter Lobbyist at White House to Suppress Debate on Covid Vaccines

By Cristina Laila
Published January 9, 2023 at 3:35pm

Journalist Alex Berenson released another ‘Twitter Files’ drop: How Scott Gottlieb – a top Pfizer board member – used the same Twitter lobbyist as the White House to suppress debate on Covid vaccines.

Including help from fellow head of the USDA!

Dr. Scott Gottlieb – former FDA Commissioner-turned-member-of-board-of-directors of Pfizer, pressured Twitter to censor former NY Times reporter and author Alex Berenson for questioning the mRNA vaccines.

Pfizer made billions of dollars off of its mRNA Covid vaccines.

2. In August 2021, Gottlieb told Todd O’Boyle – a senior manager in Twitter’s public policy department – that a tweet from Dr. Brett Giroir claiming CORRECTLY that natural immunity was superior to vaccine immunity was “corrosive” and might “go viral.”

3. Twitter put a misleading tag on the tweet, preventing it from being shared. Gottlieb then went after a tweet about Covid’s low risk to kids from Justin Hart. Pfizer would soon win the okay for its mRNA shots for children, so keeping parents scared was crucial…

4. In October 2022, Scott Gottlieb claimed on Twitter and CNBC that he was not trying to suppress debate on mRNA jabs. These files prove that Gottlieb – board member at a company that has made $70 billion on the shots – did just that.

Excerpt from Alex Berenson’s Substack:

On August 27, 2021, Dr. Scott Gottlieb – a Pfizer director with over 550,000 Twitter followers – saw a tweet he didn’t like, a tweet that might hurt sales of Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines.

The tweet explained correctly that natural immunity after Covid infection was superior to vaccine protection. It called on the White House to “follow the science” and exempt people with natural immunity from upcoming vaccine mandates.

It came not from an “anti-vaxxer” like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., but from Dr. Brett Giroir, a physician who had briefly followed Gottlieb as the head of the Food & Drug Administration. Further, the tweet actually encouraged people who did not have natural immunity to “Get vaccinated!”

No matter.

By suggesting some people might not need Covid vaccinations, the tweet could raise questions about the shots. Besides being former FDA commissioner, a CNBC contributor, and a prominent voice on Covid public policy, Gottlieb was a senior board member at Pfizer, which depended on mRNA jabs for almost half its $81 billion in sales in 2021. Pfizer paid Gottlieb $365,000 for his work that year.

Gottlieb stepped in, emailing Todd O’Boyle, a top lobbyist in Twitter’s Washington office who was also Twitter’s point of contact with the White House.

The post was “corrosive,” Gottlieb wrote. He worried it would “end up going viral and driving news coverage.”
