Smoked/grilled some boneless skinless chicken thighs that I marinated in teryaki sauce.  I learned that I needed to clean my Traeger beforehand.  Never the less, they turned out pretty good.  Hard to screw up chicken thighs.  I smoked them for 20 minutes, then grilled at 375º for 10 minutes a side.  Ended up at 170º.  Just a little high for my liking.

Smoking some huge chicken thighs today.  Not sure what I'll put on them first yet.
