This guy nails it.

The crass Trump has little personally in common with goodie-goodies Carter and Bush 41. But he too hasn’t worn well while president with groups of Americans he had previously won over. And even more so than Carter, his tone-deafness is killing his re-election prospects. Millions of voters who chose Trump over Hillary Clinton in the last election have turned on him.

This isn’t just my hunch. It’s borne out by a series of polls over the last seven weeks. Independent and nonaffiliated voters, who narrowly backed Trump in 2016, now support Biden by 18%, according to a survey by The New York Times and Siena College. White women without a college degree, who backed Trump by 27% in 2016, now only favor him by 6%, according to a Washington Post/ABC News poll. Voters over 65, who backed Trump by 8% in 2016, now back Biden by 8%, according to an NBC/Wall Street Journal survey.

I don't believe enough seniors are dumb enough to go for Biden.

There may be a lot of people who didn't vote at all in 2016, because they figured Hillery had it won easily, based on polls, etc.
If all them vote for Biden, then he can win.

I can't believe that those who voted for Trump are now going to switch to corrupt Biden, socialism and no/less police.

CV + Protests are hurting Trump mainly with people who already don't like Trump.

Most Trump voters probably don't like Trump, but they like what he has done or wants to do.  It sure beats the alternative.

If Trump wins, we need to get rid of polls.   Nobody will believe them again.

I don't believe the polls NOW.  And Trump WILL win.  Comparing Trump to Jimmy Carter and Bush 41 is like comparing Superman to a couple of pussies.  There is no comparison.  I'm a conservative Republican and even I voted against Bush 41.  Carter was incompetent and Bush 41 was a political pussy in addition to being a liar and swamp creature.

These polls today actually mean less than nothing.

It is only a few hundred thousand votes combined in a half dozen or so swing states that flipped the 2016 election for Trump. Trump has turned a lot of those swing voters off, especially women. They now see Trump as the husband they want to or were happy to divorce. The same way a lot of men saw Hillary in 2016. I think that dynamic is baked in, as is the dynamic that Biden is just a figure head place holder. With Trump there seems to be drama and chaos 24/7, most of which is not his fault. But it’s there and people are weary. I suspect WuFlu is a biological weapon designed to not look like one, but more as a disruptive mechanism to add more chaos and drama.

We were cuckolds to China before Trump, but at least we could go to a MLB game or watch one over a beer and a burger at a sports bar. I think people are thinking maybe that wasn’t so bad and maybe Beijing Biden’s controllers can get us back there.

So would a vote for Trump be a vote against protestors?

Of course, it makes perfect sense that women and small business owners want to elect a party that supports defunding the police and releasing criminals without bail, stands behind protesters who destroyed thousands of  buildings in our cities,  and arrest people who defend their homes..

It's going to be a Blue Wave.

Spot on!  Trump will never be woke.  We need a President that is woke.

:)   Anyone who currently supports the violent protests, riots, looting, burning, toppling of statues by mobs, and reduction of police forces was never a Trump supporter or Trump voter to begin with.

I just don't buy what ToraMori is trying to sell.  I realize that it takes only a small number of swing votes in certain key states to swing the election, but if anything, the swing votes in these key states are going to FAVOR Trump.  Hell, even a large segment of the Democrat voters can't support what has been happening in our cities in recent months, so why should they vote for the party that is going to give us more of that?
