Export Data from Zimbra:

Open Zimbra: Launch your Zimbra email client.

Export Emails: Depending on your version of Zimbra, the steps may vary slightly. Generally, you can right-click on the folders or emails you want to export and look for an option like "Export" or "Save As."

Choose Export Format: Select the export format as "EML" or "MSG" files. EML is more common for Zimbra.

Select Destination: Choose a folder on your computer where you want to save these exported files. Make sure it's easy to find.

Start Export: Click the export button to start the process. Zimbra will save your emails as individual EML or MSG files.

Import Data into Outlook:

Launch Outlook: Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Create a New PST File: If you want to keep your Zimbra data separate, create a new PST file. Go to "File" > "New" > "Outlook Data File" and follow the prompts.

Import Data: Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."

Choose Action: Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."

Select File Type: Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
