John 3:15-16 (KJV)

[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life

.

    1. According to this passage, what does the one who believes in Christ have?

    2.  Is this a present or future possession? 

    3.  Does eternal life have an end?

 

John 5:24 (KJV)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

 

    1. What does the believer have?

     2.  Will the believer ever come into condemnation?

     3.  What else has happened to the believer?

 

John 6:39 (KJV)

And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

 

Will Christ lose anyone whom the Father has given Him ?

What does the one who is in Christ no longer face?

What has God done for those who have believed in Christ?

Actually eternal life is a present possession of the believer.

Ya know John--I almost answered that way but then I thought we still die a physical death first and so I answered the other way. I do see it has a promise to believers now, and so my answer could have gone either way.  Thanks for staying on top of my answers John.  Much appreciated bro.

Some really good verses there. It is so hard to understand how with all of this evidence so will still say that salvation can be lost. Thanks for putting these on!
