Simplicity is in the heart, not action.

Action makes everything else seem simple.

Not everything is simplified by action.

Can't pillage what has been burned.

Got it!

Fish is so...gooooood. Hey, you said something in a post about chicken quarters. I iust got some the other day on special: 10# family pack - so cheap!!! I don't grill...but I put on them a rub and then roast them. With Yukon gold or fingerling potatoes (herbs/olive oil). And a salad. Yummm.

Summer days: great excuses for laziness.

I prefer just the thighs. And Adobo makes them super easy and delish. Yummmm.

Having any luck figuring out with your signature?

I gave up on my signature!

Seriously. I can't get it to work, using Dee's instructions.  I'll just live without it, I guess.  Anyhow, my quit date is on there, so anyone wondering how long I've quit will know right away.

Sometimes letting go brings our serenity!

Enjoy this day. Without hanging on to daily frustrations or could-have-beings!

At the end, we will not remember them - they will not alter what our life's important joys or sorrows were.

Peace,

Jo *

It's not worth a Heart Attack!

I've had to learn to let some things go, but I don't like to think I've just given up on something!  Sometimes it's very hard to find the right Balance.
