Hey Jeanne

Wow, ten months' smoke-free is fantastic.

Haven't seen you around so much recently but am sure that you are now finding some peace in your quit and enjoying your new life.

Pop in to say 'hello' if you get a chance and, of course, have a wonderful day.

Hi Sue,

Thank you for the kind words. I'm still around and holding tight to my quit. I can't believe it's been 10 months already. Life has been crazy busy, holidays, taking care of my grandchildren and an aging parent. I guess that's part of life. Hope you have a wonderful holiday.

Good Morning,  Jeanne,

Oh wow, 10 months is so wonderful.   It's the best Christmas gift you ever gave yourself.

I wish you the very best holidays possible and 'little' snow:))

Hi Marge,

It's hard to believe 10 months has passed already. I'm so happy to be a non-smoker. Busy now with my grandchildren and taking care of my dad plus getting ready for Christmas. I am also hoping for no snow. It's not my favorite thing.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

Thank you Sue,

I can't believe I made it this far. So happy to be smoke free. I know I will never pick up another cigarette. Staying in today, it's 3° and windy. Enjoying the fireplace.

Have a nice, warm day.

Hi Jeanne,

You made it alright because you are one tough lady!   Congratulations.  You rock.

I feel like a teabag complaining about it being 9 degrees here.   I am so done with winter and it just got started.  I hope you are staying warm and toasty.

Make plans for a major treat for yourself for your anniversary next month.   How about a luxury 3 story birdhouse:)

Thank you both for your kind words. I can't believe I made it one year. I can't think of anything that could make me pick up a cigarette now. I had some very stressful events in the past few months and smoking didn't cross my mind. Thanks for your support and encouragement.

Have a wonderful smoke free day.
