(I had to phrase it that way because not sure what kind of alcohol one puts in eggnog

Spiked. Traditionally it has rum. I think anything can go in. My grandmother made glogg, similar to mulled wine. Maybe I'll try that this year.
Hanging: mistletoe or candy canes.

Mistletoe to hang in the archway, but I like candy canes on the tree.
No eggnog around here anyway, . Lots and lots of wine to mull though! Come visit!
Wine: red or white

Rocks. For some reason scotch is on the rocks and bourbon/rye are straight. Habit I guess.
Martini or Manhattan cocktail.
