I don’t like tomato juice, so I would choose a mimosa as well.
I like cinnamon a tad bit more than peppermint
Donut or roll?
Roll…as in cinnamon roll
Croissant or bagel
Cream cheese or butter
Butter, not margarine and not opposed to cream cheese :)
manual or automatic transmission
Automatic. I never drove a stick shift. I'd most likely end up in a ditch. Not sure real coupes are still being manufactured, but"
Convertible or coupe
Coupe. My first car was a 1978 Mustang coupe with a V8 engine. it had some go!
Champagne to ring in the new year or no?
Sure, I’d have a little bubbly to ring in the New Year!
Stay up until midnight on New Year’s Eve or not….
Can have bubbly before bed no matter what time I guess…
Stay up. I have no plans but generally up near midnight anyway.
12 grapes at midnight or not...
A dozen grapes is a Spanish tradition for good luck. Maybe common in Portugal also?
My mother would serve pickled herring on NYE. A Swedish, and maybe other place tradition. My sister and I would not go near it. Still seems disgusting to me.
I’m always up till at least then too. Now I have really shifted and am up from anywhere from 2am to almost 4am last night. I hear they do a free party kind of thing in one of the main squares on the river with nice music and fireworks, etc. I may walk down and check that out. I agree, pickled herring is gross. Here it is a dozen raisins, which are also not appealing to me though I could get them down if I tried.
Happy New Year!
Make New Year resolutions, yes or no
Nope, I’m spontaneous, not a planner
Vacation - visit family or see something new
