Hi Ernie,
I am sure that the salt water is far healthier than the chlorine.
still in phone conversations with the University Hospital Fitness Center and the return of my $125.00. Due to COVID, it has not opened. I have 24 sessions of aquatic time left. Since I was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis last year, Drs. Have both said to stay out of chlorine and hot tubs. They tell me they are unable to return unused portion!! And so our world has become.....
I don’t look forward to holiday fireworks because of Finn... and the anxiety it brings to our furry friends!
hugs, Susan

Morning Kitty. I passed my 13th anniversary of stopping poison smoke months ago, you must be coming up on yours. Nice to say but years have to go by for it to happen. I didn't have much health problems when I stopped but have picked up a few since, Some are smoking related, maybe all.
I helped my daughter install two AC units yesterday. One I took out the cardboard she had taped in and put in sheets of backed linoleum, and put a support under it. The other came new from amazon yesterday and suffered some damage in shipping but she kept it since we have warmer temps on the way. Besides the dents and cracked front panel, can't lower the temperature on the front panel, only with the remote. They gave her a $100. return for the damage. It's a 10,000 BTU that is a tall model because it has to fit in slider windows. It's the only place she could find one right now.
I've been taken pretty good online, lucky I went through ebay and they refunded $2700. of my money on a car I bought. I did fix the classic car and I still have it, from 15 years ago.
Last night was pizza night with daughter and grands. They went swimming even though it was rainy. Glad they enjoy the pool, takes some effort and money to keep it running every year.
Have a great day and good luck with packing. I do see coyotes but it's rare.

Morning Susan. Nice picture of the lake, can't see the bugs.
Salt water pools have a chlorinator so there is chlorine, just it's generated by the cell. I don't have to handle it.
Sorry you can't get a refund on your pool club. I don't think very many firework displays this year. Only one in our area. Cocoa really hated gun shots and fireworks, doesn't seem to bother Brandy as much.
Don't know what I will do today. Can't use the backhoe because it keeps raining so everything becomes mud very quickly. Maybe fix the left rear brake on my Subaru.
Have a great day.

Good morning Ernie....yesterday was errands....needs to be done today is packing.....getting tired of it....and it has even been too hot for an evening bike ride....it is already 80 I often think of the families that moved here back in the 1800's....this hot and no AC no screens...mosquito heaven....have a good one....

Morning Kitty. We have 3 window ACs. Want to put in central but don't want to pay a company to do it. I'm certain I could do it and the systems are much less expensive than the installation companies charge. Probably why there are so many AC and heat companies. A person has to pay one of them to charge it with Freon after he installs it though.
We were really hot when we were in the Army in a little apartment, was only one window and the door that were screened but we were younger. We borrowed a window AC unit once but it didn't last only a month or two.
I have to go to the Vascular lab today to get the results of my tests. Not doing to much when it rains every day. Today is the first day it shoots up towards 90 degrees. We still have rain predictions, not sure if the low pressure is still spinning over us today or not.
Good luck with packing and try to have a great day.

Installing your own AC would be a big job....Brian would want to do this too a do it yourselfer....altho lately he has been changing up a bit.....we have repair people coming to check the wires outside for our internet service...they won't come in (virus) but our problem for the last couple of weeks is the internet cuts out several times a day and is out for 1/2 hour or so very annoying to say the least...we have moved our closing date to the 30th of July that way it will be a bit more certain that all will paperwork will be signed...we still plan on leaving the 24 if all goes well.....wish it was that day and we were on the road....have a good day...it is sunny and 81 degrees and 81 humidity....

Morning Kitty. Another beautiful day. Looked at the doplar radar, like I do every morning, shows that low pressure still spinning around us. So our little rain patches are still coming from the north. I thought it had moved off shore. Hope no rain today, we need to dry out so I can dig some more.
Replaced a relay in a used signal enhancer I bought and it worked. Told my wife it was a guess so good chance it wouldn't work. Bought it used from an older man near Orlando at the end of Winter. He can't hear very well and has disappeared off the air. To bad, he enjoyed himself and was much more knowledgeable about antennas than I am.
Your time to leave Sanibel Island is coming up quickly now. Will be nice to cool down a little though. Can't believe my wife's parents and brother's family made it there a few years back. Was before we retired though. I hadn't pictured you in a large group of houses, thought isolated. I have your real estate ad bookmarked on Zillow. I didn't have the $529k or so to spare,
Have a great day and stay cool.

if you didn't have a car to work on you would be lost....yes the time is growing short...I was thinking yesterday we haven't even made it down to the beach to say goodbye....it has been too hot and the bike needs a new inner tube...but we must at least get there once to say goodbye....it is so peaceful and beautiful there....so onward with the packing...a couple of closets today....winter clothes and the other as office stuff and sewing basket and other odds and ends stored....besides a container of special cards from the kids...do I have to throw those out?? that is the question....it is 84 already...23 days to go....
7/4/20
Morning Kitty. Looks like a nice day. Rain on the radar but it falls apart before it gets here. Doesn't seem like you have to throw anything out if you don't want to. I have lots of cards from my wife and kids. But I never have to pack them.
I remember you writing you had gone down to the beach shell picking. Very few times in my life I could write that.
We are waiting for parts for a defect in my wife's car. It's a buzzing sound that comes on for a second and then it's gone. They say it's the clutch to the transfer case, where it goes to all wheel drive. We think it might have been caused when that lady backed into it parked at the drug store. Still under warranty.
My Subaru Baja has a leaky transmission seal where the front wheel half shaft goes into it so going to have to replace that soon.
The signal enhancer is a piece of ham radio gear. That's why it sat for a month or two after I had the replacement part for it.
Is getting hot here but in the 80s, strange but getting into the 90s a little north of us. It's like the equator was north like Australia.
Have a great day.
Ernie
