Brandy and I walked mostly after dark last eve.  Schedule is mixed up while

I get all this digging done.

They have the cakes baked for the party, will decorate the tiers and do other stuff today.

hope your day is great......ours is a little busy.....Brian is due for his annual dermatologist visit....etc.....everyday our in front of daughters house we get to watch deer....they come to her garden to feed....so beautiful and graceful.....

Morning Kitty.  Good luck to Brian.  I was done with Dr visits for the year in July but still have prescriptions every month.

We had a couple deer in the back lawn yesterday.  I have to watch for them between here and my daughters. 

They come out of the woods to feed on the grass by the road and there are lots of curves. 

Still digging in the dirt.  Doing less exercise until I get this done.

Grandson's birthday party was fun.  Before you know it they will all be adults.

Just poured for my first cuppa.......we don't expect sunshine today......

well the sun shines and makes me happy.....can't wait for the closing....want to move into our home....

Morning Kitty.  I'm almost always having first cup of coffee for the day when typing on this forum.

We are having sunshine every day but chilly.  Today is the coldest so far, 38 right now, usually goes down a little from here before starts going back up,

Only supposed to be 43 at 9 AM.

Still working on the drains.  Hope to finish digging today and start putting pipes in. 

Brandy misses our walks but won't be long now.

Hope we never have to move.  See many storms in the south these days.

we are already at 41  don't know what it will get up to....and the sun should shine....a quiet day no major plans....I have rooted a coleus which should be planted today...new house plants for new house......our daughter has the most beautiful coleus this year...they got huge and unusual types...so now I will have 3 to put in our new house.......just need to get the surgery out of the way so we can move on......

Morning Kitty.  Think we have a couple of those flowering plants, blooming now.  Wife has some pots brought in from the pool area at night and some covered.

Done digging drains, placing landscape cover, pipes and joints.  Getting all sloped right.  Probably put the gravel in today.  Have about 15 tons left, hope it's enough.

Wife went to antique stores with one daughter yesterday but I don't see anything new here.  I was in bed just before she got back.

September is more than half gone.

Good morning Ernie.....our sky looks bluer today then it has.....we had smoke drift from the fires out west.....hard to believe but it was there  glad your project is moving along....15 tons seems like a lot of gravel to move....have fun and save your back.....I would have loved to join you family antiquing,....need to get out and see people....but it isn't safe enough yet....

Morning Kitty.  Glad the smoke has moved out, was a cool day though, 59 I think.

Got all the gravel moved after the pipes were placed in landscape cover and tilted.

Moved the gravel mostly with our little backhoe loader.  A little bit with the shovel and there's

some clean up work to do, lots.

Today, I have to cover the gravel with landscape cover and put some dirt over it, with the machine again.

Wife got a picture on wood and some berry things in the shape of a reef.
