Good morning Kitty.  Think this is the last arial photograph of the farm,

probably in the 80s.  There's another building on the house side now.

Brandy and I got back to our walks yesterday, rained for 2 days prior.  She seems

a little stiff.

Took apart a little amplifier I have in my radios and sprayed the controls to clean

them, working steady now.  Painted the top of my mower deck the day before and

did the maintenance on the tractor for the season.  I still need to paint the bottom

outdoors when we have the next nice day.  Deck is starting to get holes in it, 25 years

old.

Have a good day.

Farm in the late 50s.  Good morning Kitty.  I escaped the rain on my ride

down to the farm yesterday.  Got mower deck mounted on my brothers

large tractor and we got his smaller older mower running and mowed the

lawn with it.  Have a tire to fix on the new tractor.  I will take a tire plug with

me next trip so we can fix it on the tractor.

Took care of lots of garbage in PA yesterday, have to help daughter with

garbage today.

We have a birthday party for one daughter this week, Wednesday I think.

I'm cutting back on coffee some, it's helping with my glucose numbers.

Talked to sister in law that's dying yesterday.  She remembers our daughter

catching tadpoles in the swamp on the farm back in the 70s, now she's 46

years old.

Glad you're enjoying Spring.

Good morning Kitty.  In the two wintry days here now.  Mowed our

lawn yesterday, that's 3 lawns I've mowed already.

My sister wants to meet up at the farm sometime, maybe next week.

I will have to know at least a day ahead of time, not always easy with

obligations here and the weather.

Got the garbage done and got eggs from daughter.

Brandy has trouble with one rear leg, probably arthritis.  She has

Glucosamine in her food but don't think she's getting enough.  Have

increased her capsules from 500 mg to 1000 mg daily.  See if that

helps.

Have a good day.

Thanks, Ernie. Finn never leaves my side.  Not slept well so it’s a tired kind of day!  Susan
