Hi Carolyn,

I do remember your grandson.  What is his age now?   Two are grown, one a junior in college, one a junior in high school and the baby…..Bronwen, age 5 who starts kindergarten this Fall.   How lovely that you are actively involved with him.

I treasure each day with Finn because I realize that I most likely will never have another Golden.  It would have to be a small, inactive dog at this point.

I purchased my annuals and new perennials and spent over three hours digging.  I’m decently done in and will save the geraniums and euphorbia for the window boxes for tomorrow.  Also two flats of inpatients for the front entrance way.  Oh my.  I told my husband that I can see us doing container gardening some day.getting up and down and up and down….

Enjoy the week-end.

Hi Kitty,

Nice talking to you a day or so ago.   We will keep you in our prayers tomorrow for the biopsy.

A lovely day here by the Lake.  I planted many annuals and herbs today….I’m quite done in!

Hi Ernie,

Started to plant my annuals today.  Forecast is good for the next week ~ no frost.  We are somewhat protected by the Lake.

Three hours of up and down, up and down, potting soil, water, plants…..wow.  I should sleep decent tonight.

Enjoy the week-end.   Can you believe that next week-end is Memorial Day?

Hi Paul,

I am thinking you may be on a travel excursion as I haven’t seen you post for a while.

Did I post any pictures from our birding trip?  Here is a Canada warbler. They winter in South America and travel north to Canada, stopping along the shore of Lake Erie.  Thirty species, I believe.

Enjoy the weekend ~ Susan

You may have to zoom in to see him. Quite a beauty with his markings.

That is such a bummer!!!!!  Does this Dr./Hospital use a program called My Chart?    The Cleveland Clinic uses this and it’s quite helpful for reminders, appointments, messages and test results.    Susan

Hi Susan,

So pretty. I was onsite with some clients, so somewhat busy. Traveling to Jersey City, but that doesn't count. I saw geese in my park, so I guess they don't migrate to Canada.

Kudos on 16 years, Ernie.

Good night,

Paul

Ray will be in second grade. He's doing very well academically, but still has eating issues. They've tried all sorts of therapy, but it's such a slow process and very expensive and few take insurance.

I'm having neighbor problems. We had a tree fall from our neighbors into our yard. There  was quite a lot of damage and she thinks we took advantage of her. That was 2 years ago. Just recently she has been saying some very rude and nasty things to me over the fence while I'm on the back porch. It's very discerning and don't quite know what to do.

The weather has been top 10 good this week. Hope it stays a while. Sounds like quite the flower garden you have. I have mostly perennials but do have a few pots.   I'm off to bed. Take care.

Carolyn

Kitty

So sorry you have to wait longer for your biopsy.  I had a lumpectomy 4 years ago and a round of radiation.  Very stressful time.  I went to University of Nebraska Medical Center. Huge place. I got lost everyone I had an appointment.

Prayers

Carolyn
