Hi everybody!! I can’t believe we have our official home already. I don’t post a lot but I read on here quite often. I am so excited to join you guys in our new spot.

Hi Claire! I'm very excited we have our new home! We just have a few more we need to hear from.

Hi everyone. So Cindy? Your story inspires me. How is it going? Has your husband tried to quit again or is it just u doing this fight?
As for me day 15 and still no cigarettes. I have a doctors appointment at 11:30 to have them look at my swollen ankles but they don't think it's due to the quitting smoking. I have no idea what else it could be thou.
Keep on keeping on everyone.

I'm doing well. Good luck at your doctor appointment. Be sure to let us know what they say.
I think he's only smoking 1 or 2 a day and he's not doing it around me. It just makes me feel stronger and empowered that I've had NONE and almost at 4 weeks! I'm proud of myself and you should be proud of yourself too! I still have my junkie moments (especially when I'm ANGRY...like yesterday) but I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT! I'm not going back to Day 1. Let him keep smoking...my quit is ALL MINE!!

That's awesome Cindy. Good for you. My doctor put me on potassium and lasics? for 10 days and wants me to weigh myself once a day and see what happens. So we will see.

Cindi,
so happy for you. I can feel your determination coming through my computer screen. I am happy we have our new home. It sort of feels like all of us built it together with our hard work and determination. We need to make sure nobody falls out of the windows now! I am so grateful to everybody I’ve come to meet in the February group. They were instrumental in keeping me focused and determined at the very beginning. We could not have done this without the support of the MODS and all the long term quitters who checked in on us when we were stumbling around like drunk sailors. So, I will set the table and supply the drinks. I hope somebody in this house is a good cook because we have quite a few cooks in the February home:). Here’s to another smoke free day. I hope that by tomorrow I am able to navigate my way back to our new home. I found Marge this morning and was able to post but had a heck of a time finding my way back tonight.
