Thanks so much Sue! I am sure the comradery is a huge help. It's comforting to know that were not alone. I need to keep myself busy, which is hard when you're feeling sluggish and mopey. I've attempted to quit smoking so many times. I actually think my A.D.D. gets in the way of success..like i lose focus, and blow it. I'm too old to continue smoking, and I definitely feel tge effects as I age. Stupid addiction!!!

Hey Mrissa, Day 25, your are doing this !! You are almost to a month of freedom and a star. I always tell myself that I am healing too and that keeps me going during the rough times. I see so many things that have improved in the last month and I am so grateful for that. I am also in it for the long haul and no matter how long it takes, I will see it through. Keep up the great work and will talk with you soon.

Way to go, Awaken. I call the 3rd week, " Hang on by the seat of your pants week ". It was a tough one for me, lots of twists and turns, but I made it through. I don't know if yours will be that way, but know you can do it. Look forward to walking this journey with you.

Thank you, Denim. One month is awesome and I feel so happy to have achieved this star. I know I have a long ways to go but I am taking it one day, one moment, one second at a time. Seeing a lot of improvements each day and just grateful for each day that I make it smoke-free. At 6 months, how are you doing ? That is a wonderful accomplishment and hope it is getting easier for you. Your encouragement and advice has been so helpful.

Thank you so much, Michele and look at those 4 beautiful stars of yours. A big congrats right back at you. 4 months is wonderful, you go, girl! This first star was one of the hardest things I've done and one of the most rewarding. So I will keep on keepin' on.
