I'm still smoke free! Nice to hear from you!! Nothing like a sweet puppy to love on and they bring so much joy to our lives. Glad to see you are keeping strong in your quit.

So happy for you. My husband caved and let me get the pup. I was having a lot of depression and the dog has provided the distraction I needed. I still miss smoking, but I don't have the time to dwell on it now.

Belated Congratulations! I misunderstood the term social distancing. (just kidding).
Over eight months nicotine free must feel quite liberating! Can you imagine how many cigs you would have smoked during this stressful virus crisis, which, of course, now you can feel empowered that you quit and handle the stress much differently. Stay healthy!

Thank you sooo much. Hard to believe it has been eight months. Many ups and down during this time but I made it. Don't know why but really seem to be struggling the past two weeks. Is it the concern and worry about coronavirus or is it just cabin fever from the winter. I am sure this will pass. Congrats to all my fellow July quitters. Wishing all who quit the best. Keep Noping and stay strong.

I forgot to check in on reaching 8 months . It really is a journey ! My body screams at me every so often with weird symptoms rearing their ugly head again in waves but I ride through them , haven’t had cravings in a very long time but the thoughts do come when I feel anxious but they are easily pushed out .
always one day at a time
stay safe everyone and stay home ( coronavirus)
