Thanks Susan!

I am still staying strong in these trying times. Although I did go to the store to buy a pack one day. But thought better of it while in the parking lot. I hope that you are doing well!

Hi James,

So glad to hear you resisted your impulses!  I am still not smoking and most of the time, I don’t think about smoking.  The warm evenings on the deck are too irresistible, yet they bring up the memories of the days of the habit, and I am missing the gesture while I’m out there relaxing. It is just another association that needs to be worked thru.  Take care and stay strong!

I hope you are well also.  I, like you, am so happy to not be a slave anymore.  I never want to lose this freedom.  I figure if we have made it through these trying and difficult 9 months, we can make it through anything.  I am so proud of us all.  Double digits, here we come !

Hi !  Yes, it is getting much easier and love the freedom that I now feel.  How about you ?  How long have you been free of this addiction ?

I quit January 1, 2020.  I started to feel real freedom from cravings and urges etc. just this month.  I trust it will get better and better.
