I just wanted to drop you a line and say how much I enjoyed your posts and journey quitting the smokes, I have read the whole thread in one sitting, and can I say that your tribute to your Father touched me, and I could relate to it, I lost my Father in 2019, he was much loved and I miss him heaps.

Oh, wow. I'm in much the same place, Alex, and here we seem to have ended up. I've recently discovered stuff I hadn't been able to let myself know (for 40 years!) as well. Everything you said resonates so much with my journey. Thanks for getting on and leaving a note...what a gift to my day, to know we're still connected in our growth.
