Hello to all that have quit or are trying to quit. Please remember that quitting nicotine is the greatest gift that you can give to yourself and your loved ones. Three weeks from today, I will be 12 years quit. Without the support of this forum during the first few years, I'm not sure I would have made it. A shout out to all from the Quitters Jun-ited '11 group, Obi, from the Rocktobers "11 group, Foster-Frank,  who was a guardian angel for myself and so many others. RIP, Frank. and to all that have decided to take the first step to a life free of nicotine. Remember, just say NOPE everyday and believe in yourself.
