Hahaha! You are gonna have to watch sappy movies!! joyjoyjoy

I think I saw that 2 Princes one last year with Daughter. If I recall, one was kind of cute, so maybe not an entire waste of time!joy

Well, isn’t this quit journey just one big Hallmark movie Tiny? Fits and spins and spats and drama to boot! Yay! Oh boy! Life is such a bowl of cherries and maple syrup. Of course, the best of that as we know is from Vermont.... Speaking of...have you tried maple syrup in tea? Almost as good as honey!

I most certainly do not drink honey in tea! Good gravy, you lose all the flavor! Although maple syrup does sound tasty. Not sure what you would pair it with other than english breakfast or an earl grey. I am dreading the hallmark thing not because I'm above it or look down on her, but becuim a documentary kind of gal. I love learning about things in nature, how the brain works or science. I watch nova even though the koch brothers pay for it. Lots of other stuff too. I'm like a walking billboard for pbs. I love it! Netflix had some pretty good stuff too. I really love the ocean shows, go figure. Somebody needs to do a starfish documentary, dang it! Anyhoo, I think people start dying when they stop growing and learning is part of that. My therapist said I need to learn one new thing every day. It's not like it has to be a big thing, just a fact or a trick on your cell phone will do. Isn't the world amazing? So much to learn and so little time.

Yes...it is a truly amazing planet for sure. Since you have Netflix, and like docs, I highly recommend watching “13th”. Careful, it may make you want to smoke, but don’t.

Cant wait to hear what your thoughts are on the Octopus one. You’re probably gonna cry. I did.

I think you should come up with a documentary must-see list for me. Hopefully some involving the ocean, but any subject will do. Do you watch a lot of them?

I saw that one!! If you haven’t seen “Little Girl Blue” about Janis Joplin I highly recommend that one. Not sure if still on Netflix, but was worth renting if not through Roku or Fire or whatever you use.

So, over the last year, I have been having this weakness in my right small finger and ring finger. Pain in my elbow and wrist. Some in my neck. Had an MRI on my neck which showed some very minor changes that correlates with the Ulnar Nerve. But minor. So I did PT for my neck, which helped headache, but not arm and hand. I haven’t played my piano for close to 3 weeks because now the swelling in my inner wrist on the small finger side is really bad and I have no feeling in my small finger and ring finger. I have been sleeping in splints for over 6 months. Been getting acupuncture and massage. For the last week, I cannot open a bottle of Kombucha on my own! Now...we all know that this in itself constitutes an EMERGENCY right?joy So...I saw a Hand Specialist today. I have what is called “Double Crush”. Now, this does not mean that I am in love with Bono and Clint Eastwood (though I am, trust me!) it means the nerve is entrapped in two places. She thinks she can fix it by just releasing the elbow and wrist. I also have some Carpal Tunnel too, but this Ulnar Nerve issue is way worse. Have to wear a splint all the time and it stinks at work, let me tell you. All I think about is my splint is infested. Oh, and we now have one in hospital and one more positive. One in hospital is 40, and very fit. He is stable but not keeping oxygen up well. No ventilator yet.
So she wanted to schedule my surgery for next Wednesday but we have so many people gone from work right now, I can’t do it. Will be working with our schedulers tomorrow to find a time. Probably first week of December. Will be off for 3 weeks. So...Tiny...I may be watching those sappy movies too! joy
Sorry to put this personal stuff out there, but was easier than sending big long PM to you guys. Will be just fine! Will still be able to go on walks, etc. Just a splint and sling for a couple of weeks. And lots of frozen dinners! Lol!! stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye Oh! And tons of the World’s Best Chocolate Milk!

Firstly, I have seen the janis joplin one because I remember thinking that she really did not have her poop in a group. Her love life was a mess. Secondly, I'm sorry about your arm/hand and I hope the treatments will help. I bet it's not fun to be in pain and it must effect every aspect of your life. Oh no! You can't even open your own kombucha?!?! Looks like you're moving to sun tea, muwahahaha! I'll pour you a glass from my pitcher! All kidding aside, I hope you feel better soon and keep the documentary list coming. I have to go find my dog. He's somewhere in the house, eating cardboard, I can hear him. While we do a food trial to see if he has an allergy, he's on prednisone and it makes him hungry. That's an understatement! I'm lucky I still have paint on the walls because he's licking everything! He will not stop chewing, even on his metal food bowls. Soup to nuts, he's a madman.
