JANUARY 1, 2020 - nine months quit --- wooo hooo

It's a new dawn, It's a new day, It's a new life, For me
And I'm feeling good, yeahhhhh, I'm feeling good!!!!!

Awesome job Anne! 9 full months of telling that nicotine monster to take a hike. Soon the thoughts and craves will fade away with more quit time. You are 3/4 to the clubhouse so keep going! Stay the course and make your future smoke free for life.

Thank you for your encouragement and support.

I quite cold turkey on January 1 and I haven't had any cravings or thoughts of smoking for several months now.  I have been quite comfortable  most of the time which is a blessing.

Cheers
