Hello to all of my incredibly strong forum family,
Today I will pledge NOPE...Not One Puff Ever...that is a promise not only to myself, but to everyone here as well. Smoking is no longer an option in my life...I will never ever allow nicotine to rule my life. I will not believe the lies the nico-demon tries to whisper in my ear, not now, not ever!!!
Who wants to stand with me in making this simple, but powerful pledge? Here, take my hand...we really are stronger together!

Good Morning Kitty,
Everyday i pledge my NOPE I am getting closer to that Peace that you and others have. I am so far along that I never ever want to go back to the beginning when everything was a mess! So I will take your hand and say NOT ONE PUFF EVER!
