A lot of 2s in today’s date!
Good morning!
Still after 10months having dreams about cigarettes. This time I smoked many in one day and was ready to confess my mishap to the Forum. I wasn’t exactly pissed at myself in the dream, but was more disappointed I let the forum family down.
What did I learn? I learned Nope is definitely a huge part of my life and need it right now. I would like to say loud NOT ONE PUFF EVER! Breathe deeply and extend my hand for the next!
