Congratulations Tanya, 90 days whew! I have not ever got that far along with my quit in recent memory. I did back in the 80's though, but I was not counting days quit, I can't even remember what year, somewhere between 85 and 90.

Thank you, Anthony!  I still mostly have to take it one day at a time. Oh how I wish it could just be a non-thought. I’m so upset that I ever even started, but we recover and learn from our past mistakes. Have a wonderful day!

Hi Tanya, thanks. Water under the bridge now we live with our legacy (the damage done) and with hope for a bright new future.

Well done!!  You must be starting to feel this win!  You are past the worst of it, now you must guard your quit from all temptations.  DO NOT GIVE IN - ever again.  Remember - not one puff ever is a lifestyle choice for a lifetime.

Well Done!!

The feeling of being a smoker is finally fading, but NOPE rule is with us to stay!

I am doing good and still happy to be a non-smoker!  It has gotten easier and cravings are fewer between, but when they come, we must remain diligent and strong. So good to hear from you and hope you are doing great!
