Hi Anthony!  Congratulations on one week!  I’ll be officially there on Monday. Today (Day 5) has been especially hard...not sure why as I am continuing on  the same as I have been with the Wellbutrin and nicotine gum, but cravings have been very bad today. Also feeling nauseous...anyone ever have that side effect?  Doesn’t seem to be a common one?

Good luck on your quit, how many gums are you using per day? 

I don't know about the Wellbutrin but it's not hard to get nauseous on the gum if you use to many

Anyway you're going great...

Under 10 of the 4 mg per day. That seems to be way less than when I was smoking 1 1/2 packs per day. 

That seems OK , I'd see your Doc if symptoms persist

Thanks Anthony. Each day seems to bring different/new challenges, but feeling better now.  I have read some of the “smokers flu,” but that doesn’t seem applicable with using The gum still. Onward and upward to tomorrow being a new day :). Hope you are well and hanging in there!
