Congratulations Tanya, I have been  struggling, but I think I am ready now to start a fresh quit. There's no point in prolonging this agony of beating myself up because I smoke, the only course of action is to quit now and deal with the side effects of withdrawal later, I have my faith which I can draw upon for strength and nicotine patches to aid my quit.

Once again that's a great milestone to have put behind you, press on towards the next goal and good luck.

You an inspiration.

Your smoke free buddy

Anthony

Thank you Tanya, I'm not promising anything but my resolve is set

4 hours, 24 minutes and 11 seconds. 7 cigarettes not smoked, saving $10.25. Life saved: 35 minutes.

The price of cigarettes is highway robbery where you are. How do they get away with that?  Is it all taxed money?  I thought $7.20/pack was crazy in the states!
