And it's a big NOPE from me, see counselor today, the last time before the holidays. also seeing my psychologist, hope that works.

I talked to a counselor the other day, he was grilling me with back to back questions, im like later man. It was horrible. 

I think they are all full of crap, be careful.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, I have nothing but praise for my quit smoking counsellor, she has been there for me through thick and thin, all the failed quit attempts, she has stuck by me, shop around for somebody who understands, what it's like to quit this terrible addiction. Congratulations on a your quit, sorry to hear about your suspected Covid. It is running rampant here. We're holidaying up North at the moment, due back in the New Year, having a ball, plenty of walks and taking heaps of photos.
