Happy New Year and all the best for 2022. Am pleased to say that I am on day 94 :). Be strong and keep going.

Way go to !!! You must be so happy to have three months + of solid non-smoking days being you. That is solid man, totally solid.
Cheers and accolades to you -

Congratulations on 94 days. That is over 3 months and that is huge. I really hope you have done some celebrating along the way? Now just keep moving forward and be cautious......that entire first year will have those moments.

Hi Lee - I quit cold turkey as well. Best for me as well. You are totally rockin this quit. Well done!!!
I hope you are giving yourself some rewards along the way. One of the quitters on here had the idea of purchasing a piece of jeweler to remind her of her quit. I thought that was a pretty cool reward.
I am looking for that one special piece of jewelry too.
What rewards are you giving yourself for your quit? Are you saving up for something (like a new car, or new house,). It is surprising how much money we do save. I am absolutely sick over the spent on smoking in the past. Such a waste. OH well, not anymore.
Best to ya, Cheers
